WoodSpring Suites Chesapeake-Norfolk Greenbrier

The Front Desk staff were great but the experience was anything but. The bathroom sink did not work. The bathroom was not clean. There was a fist-sized hole all the way through the bathroom door. There was trash left from the previous guest. There was still food remnants on the counter in the kitchenette. We were told there were no other rooms available and had no other options. Not worth the price and will not stay at this chain again.

I didnt like a thing I would've rather stayed in my car

Atomosphere is always friendly and above
Rooms are always clean and well managed
The value is well worth staying here and not anywhere else
The staff always keep the hotel clean
The noise level is barely any nice to be able to sleep
The amenities are nice...especially to be able to have a stove
Kelly and her staff are truly genuine and make you feel like family ❤️

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are always clean and well-kept, and the recent renovations with fresh paint and new floors make everything feel fresh and relaxing. Shopping, activities, and even rock climbing are nearby, so you rarely need to drive far. Plus, a new restaurant is opening just a two-minute walk away. Great location and a very comfortable stay!”

Upon departing from a subpar, diminutive, and impolite hotel in town, we arrived at the Woodspring Suite Chesapeake -Norfolk Greenbrier. The staff at Woodspring was exceptionally welcoming and the check-in process was remarkably seamless. During our check-in, we encountered several staff members, including Kelly, Shannan, and Mary. These individuals exemplify the exceptional service provided at Woodspring. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone planning a visit to the Chesapeake area.
