Upon departing from a subpar, diminutive, and impolite hotel in town, we arrived at the Woodspring Suite Chesapeake -Norfolk Greenbrier. The staff at Woodspring was exceptionally welcoming and the check-in process was remarkably seamless. During our check-in, we encountered several staff members, including Kelly, Shannan, and Mary. These individuals exemplify the exceptional service provided at Woodspring. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone planning a visit to the Chesapeake area.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. They even gave me great recommendations for local spots to eat after a long day of shopping.
Everything was clean,and super convenient. Whether you’re here for a quick weekend trip or need to be near the shops for a longer stay, I highly recommend this spot. I will definitely be back!

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. It was a nice hotel. The hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and many restaurants.

Nothing like the one in Roanoke,Va it was missing a lot of things in room that other facilities have an they changed me more than what booked online

We stayed in Room 320. From the very beginning of my stay, the staff at WoodSpring Suites have been amazing to me and my family. They treat us just like family and always go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. Every staff member has been kind, respectful, and helpful in every way.

What I appreciate most is that they always work with us, not against us. You can tell they truly care about their guests and do everything they can to make your stay a positive experience.

I’m very thankful for the hospitality and support we’ve received, this hotel really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend!
