absolutely everything. the smell was absolutely terrible had to leave as soon as we got there to go get febreze and that didn't even touch it. we had to sleep with the window wide open all night. 10/10 do not recommend staying here.

Pros:

It's was ok at first and I still like some of the workers but lately its bad I have been in the hospital and I have a room there im trying get to pay it they not answering the front desk phone its I get one price then its anthoer yall took the money off my card and say it did notpay for a day but it did and yall say yall sending my monet back still aint got it they have lady at night so rude I was charge way more last night when I paid while being in the hospital its just a lot and stressful the lady work at night gone 333 the nasty room and I clean my own room so im confused why someone is in my room and I got there i didn't ask anyone to go in my room

Pros:

Front desk is very polite and nice an respectful im very satisfied they never give any problems night time shift person ms Tracy is kinda rude sometimes it’s the way how she talks to people and it’s not right Ms Kizzy she’s a Harding working person n does her work to the complete Mr Talton is an absolute amazing gm manager comes here he will make it happen for you and he’s so nice an always jolly and happy when he’s at his work thanks to this loving people at the wood springs hotel ❤️❤️❤️
