it was a pleasant stay, and I hope the property remains clean and comfortable
Pros:

The location was convenient, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The grounds were well kept, and there was easy access to everything we needed. The property was quiet with very little noise, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again. Most importantly, there were absolutely no roaches or pests of any kind during our stay.

Cons:

I liked everything about the property. It’s new, and at the time of my stay, it had only been open for about a month. It’s a great place, and I hope it continues to be well maintained and doesn’t become dirty or rundown like some of its sister properties.

The property was beyond terrible. The room door could not be locked from either the inside or the outside, there was no hot water, and the hotel management themselves told us that the reservation should be cancelled. We followed their instructions and cancelled it.

However, Booking.com has been unbelievably unresponsive. Even though they are fully aware of the situation, they have never replied to any of my emails. It is an extremely unprofessional platform.

I have been requesting a refund for my three-night reservation for days. They are trying to charge me for a room that I never deserved to be charged for and never stayed in, while at the same time completely ignoring all of my emails. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.

Housekeeping needs to clean the rooms better because we found underwear underneath our bed , phone didn’t work even afte

In liked the staff , the hotel needs work and color and be neat at times while walking down the hall

Cons:

Trading sheets and towels for new ones that’s very ridiculous and inconvenient, I would think we could get some extra big we just bought our own towels. The room is non smoking but the bed are burnt You have a kitchenette but no plates or pans .. a lot of fights or screams in the hallway.. you have a lot of rules but not enough accommodations to feel safe

Size of room the staff very knowledgeable and friendly full size refrigerator love that there’s a laundry room that actually cleans the clothes lol

Cons:

My key just will stop working in the middle of my stay. First night I was locked out my room for 40 mins. The guest after hours number is pointless they never answer I had to call about 16 times
