Location was perfect for the trip we was on. That's literally the only good thing I can say about it.

Cons:

Upon arriving there was probably 12 people standing and sitting outside main door playing very loud music, drinking, and smoking. The smell of marijuana was present.
The guy working the front desk, walked in from the crowd out front to assist us 😳
The hallways smelled of Marijuana and a musty smell.
Window and blind was broken. Door to room was broken. Nasty!! Toilet, sink, showers, all nasty!! And ROACHES, live roaches!!
We left and was REFUSED A REFUND!
The worst experience of my life with a Hotel or even motels!!!

It was okay overall, I wouldn’t book again though.

The staff were really nice.

Cons:

The room wasn’t really that clean, we saw some bugs crawling on the wall, I went to raise up the blinds and the whole thing fell on my face. The bathroom wasn’t fully clean, carpets were kind of filthy. The room they were originally put me in, had somebody already in there!!! I used the key to unlock the door and it had somebody stuff in there. The beds kept moving off the rail as soon as we would sit down, pillows weren’t fluffy at all. Tv was small & wouldn’t work at first.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in A LOT of hotels.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing aside from the front desk lady. She was extremely nice.

Cons:

Everything and I’m not one too complain. I worked in a hotel for years so I get it. With that being said, this was horrible! There were so many roaches. Pictures are attached. There were tons of dead baby roaches as well as grown ones. We had to kill them. It was not worth what we paid. We checked in at 6, left for a while, came back around 11 and were on the way home by midnight because I refused to stay and bring home roaches. When trying to get a refund, the manager did not approve it through booking.com. HORRIBLE place. Do NOT stay here.
