The staff were really nice.
The room wasn’t really that clean, we saw some bugs crawling on the wall, I went to raise up the blinds and the whole thing fell on my face. The bathroom wasn’t fully clean, carpets were kind of filthy. The room they were originally put me in, had somebody already in there!!! I used the key to unlock the door and it had somebody stuff in there. The beds kept moving off the rail as soon as we would sit down, pillows weren’t fluffy at all. Tv was small & wouldn’t work at first.

Absolutely nothing aside from the front desk lady. She was extremely nice.
Everything and I’m not one too complain. I worked in a hotel for years so I get it. With that being said, this was horrible! There were so many roaches. Pictures are attached. There were tons of dead baby roaches as well as grown ones. We had to kill them. It was not worth what we paid. We checked in at 6, left for a while, came back around 11 and were on the way home by midnight because I refused to stay and bring home roaches. When trying to get a refund, the manager did not approve it through booking.com. HORRIBLE place. Do NOT stay here.
I received excellent service from Miss Tiffany Hurd and she has the best attitude that I've come across in a very long time and I'm extremely pleased with her service thank you ‼️

They had bed bugs and roaches and I could not get the woman to help me when I asked her to come and help me get out of there and whatever she wouldn't even answer
