This hotel is unsafe. When I had a taxi drop me off at this location the taxi driver told me they do not pick people up from this hotel because it is unsafe. Every night of my stay there was groups of people hanging out drinking cases of beer in the parking lot. All night you can hear people arguing in the hallway.
The rooms had roaches and smelled of mold. The staff is untrained, I paid in full through Expedia for 2 weeks. When I came back from work one night I was locked out of my room. When I went to the front desk, they told me I owed $400. In a panic I paid it, then moments later I found my confirmation email from Expedia proving I had paid. I am still waiting for my refund. When I went to finally check out the front desk told me they could not give me confirmation that I had checked out because they were out of printer ink and had no access to email. They did allow me to take a picture of their computer screen though.
In short, I would not bring my wife or children to this hotel. Its dangerous and unclean. The pictures on Exedia.com were not what the property looks like at all.
Awful. Dirty, no TV remote, no hair dryer, no toiletries, bed springs in our back, no comforter on bed or pillow cases on pillows. Will definitely NOT be back. We only stayed because we arrived late, otherwise we would have left and found somewhere else.

Gave my room away because Expedia gave a price below rack rate, mgr Carter then lied about doing so, he became aggressive and rude when I ask for the desk person who the day before guaranteed the reservation, section 8 motel with shady people hanging outside looking in parked cars ,BEWARE OF this place
I was alone, elderly and handicapped. They took care of me as a group
We booked 2 queen beds and paid for 2 queen beds and only got a room with 1. Room was awful ac didnt work and we didnt end up staying the night. Awful
We didn't even go in the room the roaches were visible from the threshold. It has nt been kept up.
I absolutley loved everythung but no shower curtain made a huge mess with water
The carpet was actually damp, looked like drug dealers in the parking lot. The room had actual fleas in it.
I’ve had a pleasant experience with the staff that I came in contact with.
They were friendly and very helpful with anything I needed.

He got me all checked in, & I appreciated that he made sure I was happy with my room beforehand. All my questions were answered, even when I had a few questions that haven’t been asked before, I appreciated him for making sure I had answers.
He is a phenomenal employee all around.

She helped me with my keys when they weren’t working & saw me coming in and I needed an extra hand she was quick to lend her hand to help me. I appreciated that.
OVERALL the staff is amazing and I appreciate how helpful and nice they were.
My only complaint would be is.. I called 3 times to see if I could check in earlier and every time I was told “@ 3.. @ 3pm.”
& when I arrived it is offered to CHECK IN Early.. it’s just an extra fee.. but I was not informed of that and it was very disappointing that I wasn’t able to check in earlier & it is offered.
Hotel room was extremely dirty. No one vacuum the room. The walls had dirt all over them. The countertop was never wiped down there was dried up food on the counter.
We got there late or I would have left to find something else. Pillows were very old and flat but the sheets were clean. We slept and got out of there as fast as we could. One shining star was the Auditor he was a very nice person with good customer service.
The personnel was exceptional during a rough week. Very courteous, always ready to help. Very impressed
Terrible experience. The hotel looks VERY nice from the outside, in fact you can see how nice it appears from route 95 south. However, it was a disaster upon entering. There is no lobby. The reception area is through a back door & check-in is at a window like a coat check-in.They did not have our room because the employee said we were not assigned a "room number". He saw our reservation on his computer with details of our room type, etc. We also showed him our phone with reservation & itinerary #s. Room choice matched his.
Still said no "room number" assigned to us so best he said he could do was CANCEL our current reservation & give us a new & different type of room, which was going to cost more than our reservation made days ago. Never heard of such a thing. Not sure what kind of operation they are running there.
*In all fairness, the employee, Rondell O. was very nice, assuming he was just following orders.
Some of the guests also looked a little on the shady side.Was shown a room; very old looking inside, unlike the outside appearance.
We did not stay there due to the circumstances. Finding another hotel on a Saturday night was not what we envisioned, as we book through Expedia all the time & love their service. *Expedia was very helpful & accommodating when I spoke to them regarding the situation.
Loud refrigerator.
Traffic noise.
Bed, not great.
On the good side, I met James from maintenance, Frankie from house keeping. These two were on point.helped me out on a couple of requests.
Check in took a very long time. I'm not sure why as I was the only one checking in.
There was hair all over the bathroom. The toilet would not flush. The sheets were not all the way on the bed and the mattress was very dirty.
Can not comment because they overnooked us and cancelled our reservation after confirming it.
Stayed 20 nights got room service two days,
Had to ask for towels every five days and one roll of toilet on Mondays only!
Yes, I stayed for over a week. I must say that Diamond at the front desk is an asset to your company. Diamond is a true professional and I look forward to my next stay.
