Pros:

Ogólnie pobyt w tym hotelu odbieram pozytywnie. Na pewno plusem ogromnym jest lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do centrum. Wystrój pokoju to coś pięknego. Widać, że zrobione z pomysłem. Śniadania smaczne. Duży wybór.

Cons:

Troszkę się rozczarowałem brakiem siłowni. Ale to jakoś nie wpłynęło na moją opinię. Natomiast bardzo nie spodobało mi się zachowanie pewnego Pana, który kręcił się tam po hotelu. Przypuszczam, że to jakiś kierownik zmiany bo siedział w restauracji, następnie spacerował po hotelu, nie wzbudzał podejrzeń ludzi tam pracujących. Niestety jego zachowanie to jest absolutnie skandal. Kiedy spożywaliśmy śniadanie odszedłem od stolika sygnalizując sztućcami, że nie skończyłem jeść ponieważ poszedłem po kolejne posiłki, ten Pan bezczelnie usiadł na to miejsce, kazał zabrać mój talerz. Kiedy podszedłem i zwróciłem uwagę, że jeszcze nie skończyłem jeść i tu siedzę, odwrócił głowę w stronę okna i udawał, że mnie nie słyszy. Parę razy zwracałem uwagę, ale regularnie mnie ignorował. Następne zdarzenie z tym Panem miało miejsce przy windzie. Kiedy czekaliśmy na windę i otworzyły się drzwi, chciałem aby Pan wyszedł pierwszy - w podzięce za to usłyszałem wulgarne zdanie skierowane w naszą stronę, po czym udając, że nie słyszy uwagi, zniknął. To jest absolutny skandal. Jak można tak traktować klientów Państwa hotelu. Obsługa w restauracji z pewnością wie o kim jest mowa, ponieważ kiedy przyszedł do restauracji od razu dostał dwa kubki herbatki. Chodził i węszył - bardzo nie miły Pan. Proszę to wziąć pod uwagę, ponieważ przyjeżdżając do Państwa hotelu chciałem czuć się dobrze i spokojnie, a już na samym początku doświadczyłem bardzo niemiłej sytuacji.

- Sehr fahrradfreundlich. Wir konnten die Räder in einem Konferenzraum abstellen.
- Grosses Frühstücksbuffet
- grosszügiges Zimmer, in anderen Hotels wäre es ein Suité.

Einzigartig
Pros:

Alles in allem einfach perfekt. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen, vom Pool bis zur Tiefgarage, es passt einfach alles. Es gibt wenige Hotels in dieser Kategorie mit so einer Preisleistung. Das Hotel und auch das Restaurant hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
