Great location
Pros:

The room was really clean and spacious. We had the king bed with balcony over looking the river. The balcony was private and it was a pleasant place to have coffee in the morning. The location was a 10 minute walk to the beach and also to the main strip. We arrived 1 hour early to check in and was able to check in with no problem.

Cons:

Not a dislike but it was a little confusing on what building our room was in. It was down the street and around the corner from where the building with the office was. I think the company purchased 2 hotels and put it under the same name. But the office staff was super nice and explained the 2 locations.

Pros:

This was an overnight staying, and we booked a king bed river view, which gave kids an extra space to play around.

In the office, you can borrow board games and bring to the room.
The small kitchenette was convenient to fix meals for kids.
Overall, we were satisfied with our staying.

The price was decent. Location was great.
Pros:

Property was good it’s close to everything especially how close it was to the beach.

Cons:

The only thing I have a problem with is that one out of 3 tvs worked but other than that the stay was fine.
