This location had a spacious room, staff was always kind and ready, the bath has jets, it’s pet friendly, lots of cameras to feel safe, several nearby restaurants, nearby cannabis & beverages, and walking distance to downtown Seaside; it is a short drive to many beaches.

Cons:

It isn’t luxurious.

I would definitely recommend this. A cute place and good value too.
Pros:

This has been totally updated and is really cute and clean. The staff was very helpful and led us to a great place for dinner called Doogers.

Enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

I love the hot tub room, and I love how I can connect my phone to YouTube on TV to relax. I appreciate the staff being friendly to me and I appreciate housekeeping for keeping the room well cleaned!

Beautiful location with quality rooms for an affordable price, minutes away from everything touristy
Pros:

The room itself was in amazing condition. For only paying $130, we got a jetted tub, a bigger hotel room than we've ever stayed in, a comfortable bed, and even a free small bag of saltwater taffy which was very nice.

Cons:

The staff when we checked in was not very friendly at all. They weren't necessarily rude but definitely were not welcoming or friendly. When we walked in it took about 10 seconds in the tiny office before we were even acknowledged (they waited for us to say something first for some reason?) and then when the lady took my ID she (in that very fAkE niCe tone) went "are you 21?"... This is always my biggest fear because I've been travelling a LOT since turning 18 and always do all of my research to make sure I don't book a 21+ hotel. This hotel gave zero heads up that they were 21+ and thankfully my boyfriend had JUST turned 21 and she allowed it. It is the only time in a hotel that I've felt so uncomfortable by the staff that I chose to just leave my keys in my hotel room at checkout instead of going to the office and returning them.

A great value and my favorite place to stay in Seaside.
Pros:

Great value and great location to the restaurants downtown.

Cons:

One of the neighbors in the apartments next door likes to scream random obscenities and expletives. Not a big deal to me, but may be an issue to others.

Great location
Pros:

The room was really clean and spacious. We had the king bed with balcony over looking the river. The balcony was private and it was a pleasant place to have coffee in the morning. The location was a 10 minute walk to the beach and also to the main strip. We arrived 1 hour early to check in and was able to check in with no problem.

Cons:

Not a dislike but it was a little confusing on what building our room was in. It was down the street and around the corner from where the building with the office was. I think the company purchased 2 hotels and put it under the same name. But the office staff was super nice and explained the 2 locations.
