The water from the sink and bathroom was brown and smelled bad. The fish dinner stunk and was under cooked. WiFi did not work well. I would never stay here again.
Location acceptable but by night after 8pm the whole vicinity became a ghost town Jo eatery around the area we have to walk the pitch dark road to Robinson approx 500 meter.
Not suitable for single women staying at the hotel
The water supply from the tab either shower or basin is yellowish and Salty not suitable for brushing teeth or shower.
We have to purchase drinking water for our need during our 2 days stay.
Not suitable for family with children and senior to stay here.

I staff were very friendly and helpful the building and rooms need a lot of work bugs and no aircon working and just more work
We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. Room service was good. Location is convenient because it is within the city. Must try food is in Roberto's located just behind the hotel. Try their lumpiang shanghai and meatballs, yummers! βΊοΈβΊοΈβΊοΈ
Room is smelly.
We returned during check in time after dropping our bags and they cant find a room for us. We waited for 45 mins until they gave us our room. No explanation why we had to wait.
Okie sana kaso madumi ung cr besides malamok sa kwarto and kulang sa light also parang matagal na wala nag check-in kaya parang medyo may Amoy pati ung ref nila

What I like -The property is near the city
What I donβt like -itβs not clean the linens on my bed not clean upon check in I saw hair strand on my bed rest room terrible with rusted faucet and yellowish water .
The water is very dirty. I told the reception that the water is dirty but I was told it will come cleaner soon. They further told me to open the faucet until the water becomes clear but after 10 minutes water is still dirty!!

Location, Staff, quiet and clean, priced well service was always on the ball
We were heading to Guimaras the next morning, so the location was very convenient to Ortiz Wharf. There's a 7-11 across the street for easy access to water and snacks.
