Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, though minor issues with nois
Pros:

I liked the hotel’s excellent location in Iloilo Business Park, which made it very convenient to access nearby malls and restaurants. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hospitality was excellent throughout my stay—for example, a sejadah (prayer mat) was thoughtfully provided for Muslim guests. I also tried the massage service, and the therapist was very professional.

Cons:

The noise from outside was quite disturbing, even though I stayed on the 9th floor. Loud music could be heard from around 6 pm until 10 pm, which affected the comfort of the stay.

In addition, the breakfast selection was quite limited, including the Muslim-friendly options.

Pros:

Enjoyed our stay. Good food and entertainment.
Within walking distance to restaurants and mall.
Not far from major tourist attractions.

Cons:

Charge for laundry service was well above acceptable levels for the Philippines. Paid over 2200 pesos which I would normally pay around 600 pesos in other places in the Philippines
We hadn’t checked the individual cost per garment close enough. Our error but still disappointed that the price was not reasonable

Despite the towel, i will still come back in the future
Pros:

Location was very good. Big room, comfortable bed, strong water pressure, very clean, very nice staff who allowed me to check in early

Cons:

My booking ddnt include breakfast. I think 1k for breakfast is kind of expensive. Also, the towels need to be changed. For a 4 star hotel, towels looked very old and not white anymore

Staying in iloilo?
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and went as far as they could, and succeeded in meeting my needs for the stay.
I wanted the same room I had the previous year with my partner for our one year anniversary, although they did show me another room because I had arrived well before check in/out to accommodate me as quickly as they could, but I wanted to wait for the room we shared the previous year, which would become available once the guest currently occupying the room checked out, and was assured they would prioritise the service of the room to have us checked in as quickly as possible, so in the time I was waiting they also helped me with ordering some surprise flowers that would be in the room for our arrival, once inside the room the staff had also arranged, without my knowledge for two pieces of cake with happy anniversary wrote on the plate in icing.
Also allowed our luggage to be stored at the hotel for hours after check out.
The breakfast was awesome too, even if you dont think you will like the choices, still give them a go, because you won't be disappointed.
The staff were brilliant, very professional and very polite.
Highly recommend the Richmonde iloilo.

Cons:

The decor, i.e the paint work, and the windows need a bit of refreshening, and the only USB socket in the room wasn't working, and being a foreign traveller, I didn't bring socket travel adapters, so had to rely on my power bank, to charge my electronics, but the lack of those was my own lack of foresight.
Except for those minor things, very worth staying if you are looking for a great hotel in iloilo near enough to major spots in iloilo and want somewhere still quiet enough to get a good sleep.
