Big rooms, great spa, and fantastic breakfast!
The beds are a little too firm for my taste, but this is pretty standard for Japan.

Close to Disney , onsen open late , breakfast was nice l, bathroom ammenities provided
1 pillow per bed, pillow was hard and “crunchy”. The top blanket was dirty, it does not get washed between visitors. If you choose not to use it you’re left with just a sheet. Lucky it was only one night between transitting. I couldn’t have slept there a whole week.
The location is very accessible and close to the Disney Sea.
Great hotel with great services and staff. Close to Tokyo Disneyland with a shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes to Maihama Station. A huge thank you to Raymond Tanaka who assisted us with our check in. Mr Tanaka even found us the next morning while having breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

The size of the room was wonderful. To be able to spread out was great.

Very nice! The room for four people was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. There are shuttles to Maihama Station every 15 minutes, making it easy to get to Disneyland. From the station, it’s just another 5 to 10-minute walk. This hotel is especially recommended for those looking for a more affordable way to visit Disneyland.
An extra highlight is the spa, which offers several onsen, hot tubs with different temperatures, and even a sauna. After a day at Disneyland, relaxing here is truly the best way to unwind.
There is also a convenience store right next to the reception, so if you arrive late, you can easily buy something to eat. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

Everyone was cordial and all the amenities are amazing
Location close to Disney sea, there is a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the hotel but we had to work that out ourselves as there was no communication from the hotel
The beds and pillows were rock hard, even soft pillows would help the situation

Good hotel, unique larger room. Popular if you are into onsen. Not a Disney affiliation hotel. Nothing in the area but there’s a free shuttle to Maihama station. Check out is strictly 10am which is differ from other hotel we stay in Japan. We are requesting room side by side or at least in the same floor but end up with different floor that make it inconvenient. Overall 6.5/10
