Good and clean and good location good breakfast

The room is a good size. Bed was comfy, (usually they are rock hard in this part of the world) good sized fridge with a freezer (good for ice) very quiet location, a very short, cheap ride to the huge mall, staff were very nice, including the owner - Francoise. Breakfast was included with home baked bread and jam with eggs how you want them. Free water everyday. In room snacks and drink, very reasonably priced (probably the only hotel on the planet that offers such a thing, so reasonably!) House keeping were great! Did a fantastic job! Gym small, but good, had an elliptical trainer which I love...

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war auch klasse. Uns hat das selbstgemachte Brot sowie die selbstgemacht Marmelade sehr geschmeckt. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Beim aus checken hatten wir ein Ladekabel bei uns im Zimmer vergessen. Da hat uns das Personal angerufen und wir sind noch mal schnell zurückgefahren, um es zu holen. Sehr aufmerksam! :)

comfortable room and bed

My room is very nice with a medium size refrigerator and coffee/tea pot. The internet is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Its a short taxi ride to shopping and theres a 7-11 with a coffee shop and ATM down the street very close.

A good 7 out of 10 experience.

Customer service was excellent.

Hotel location is NOT Noise Free.

There was LOUD Drumming and MUSIC the 2 x Nights we were here....

That was also going on when we stayed here 3 Months before!!!

Rooms were fairly modern, relaxing however the BEDDING SMELT of SWEAT!!

As it was during the week there was a Buffet Breakfast.

The Toaster took 7 x times to turn the home made Bread into only just passable very lightly Toasted Bread.

The French Owner informed us the Toaster has an issue!!

Really - it was like that back in NOV 2024!!!

I got a very Dodgy Tummy a few hours after breakfast and believe it to have been the Fried Eggs.

All in all an passable stay however on the border of not being a great stay any longer.

The check in was smooth as was the check out , the staff were excellent and very nice and friendly made us very welcome, would definitely stay there again , it was great value for money especially as breakfast was included.

We have stayed here a few times now everything was good. Breakfast selection is limited, food was okay. Hotel is a 5min walk to the main road that offer street food, 7/11
and other food options. Gym, lots of parking, and use of bicycle available

Really good and friendly English speaking staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Block out curtains very effective. Plenty of car parking. Good security. Now stayed twice and will go back. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast.
No lift but it wasn’t an issue for me. Restaurant at night is not open. Plenty of traditional Thai restaurants, coffee shops and laundromats in walking distance. Staff recommended Farang restaurants which were excellent but have to take a taxi or drive. One restaurant recommended was “Ricco Caf” which is one of the best I’ve ever been to in Thailand. Superb menu and wine list. International and fusion dishes. Great live band playing at a reasonably low volume

Customer service was excellent.

Hotel location is SO QUIET - no noise

Rooms were modern and relaxing.

Everywhere was clean - impressive.

As it was a Weekend there was NO Buffet Breakfast however instead they offered a wide choice of Thai Foods or American breakfast cooked just for you, all very yummy.

All in all an A Class stay and we will book here again next time we find ourselves around the Ubon Ratchathani area.....
