立地条件とか設備はとにかく（納得して予約したので）、サービス面では、ほぼ完璧だと思います。
Pros:

受付の対応が良い。
軽い朝食がいい、パンの品揃えがわりかし豊富。
日曜版だったかもしれないが、読売新聞が面白かったです（最近は新聞読む機会がないので）

Cons:

バスルームの蛇口のパッキンが少し弱いかなと感じた。

トイレに長い髪の毛が2本挟まってました。私は、短髪なので嫌な思いをしました。。あとトイレから毛染めの臭いがしました。
枕をもう少し良いものにしたら良いかと。

まぁいい
Pros:

繁華街の真ん中にあるが、静かに過ごせる。
24時間フリーに飲めるソフトドリンクがあり、助かる。
部屋はゆったり過ごせる広さ
アメニティはマウスウォッシュもあり、気分良く過ごせる

Cons:

着替えを出しておきたい時に椅子が一脚しかないため、不便
部屋が明るすぎる。照明が落とせるといい。

とても綺麗でした。

Cons:

角部屋で真横が非常階段でした。
朝早くアイアンの非常階段を降る足音が煩くて目覚めてしまいました。
