Pros:

部屋はコンパクトだけど過ごしやすい。何といってもロケーションがとても良い。

Cons:

洗面台の蛇口の栓を閉めてもポタポタと水が漏れる（307号室）

Pros:

ベッドとエアコンの位置関係（風が直接当たらないので快適だった）
アメニティを必要とする分だけ利用できた
朝軽食に温かいスープがあるのはうれしかった
静岡駅からの道順の説明が的確だった

Cons:

しばらく使われてない部屋だったのかな？電灯スイッチ部分にほこりがたまっていた
