Escaliers très raides.
Pas de personne à la réception aux heures annoncées.

Pros:

Очень приятный в общении хозяин. За небольшие деньги получили удовольствие. Чисто, продуманный комфорт, вплоть до стаканов в ванной комнате, чайник, чай-кофе. Очень душевно. Местоположение отличное. Большое спасибо.

MY WORST experience ever!!!
Pros:

Nothing comparing the negative ones. I can't mention something that could be positive for this place. I would have preferred to sleep outside on the bench.

Cons:

The room was freezing and there was not any heating on the room at all. We ended up to trying sleep with a jacket. Because of this I stayed awake the whole night and I literally regret to choose this place. Additionally, the pillow was so bad and so strong that caused me and neck pain. Also, No water on the room. The place was very noisy and I could here everything from the other rooms.
Overall, my worst experience ever in a "accommodation".
Please don't waste your money, and most important don't destroy your health in this place.
It should have been seen from the authorities and BANNED from the room services.
I hope no one experience this again.

* I received a call in advance and was additionally informed that, in case of a late check-in, the keys would need to be collected in a certain way. I am very grateful for this, as I hadn’t noticed this in the app description. In my opinion, this is a very professional approach.

Cons:

* The floor in the room didn’t seem to have been vacuumed.
The host himself asked whether we liked everything, and we told him that the floor was dirty. He asked if he could come in to check, and we said yes. But when we returned in the evening, nothing had changed.
* Also, there is no shower gel (only scented hand soap)
