Pros:

Tenía una reserva en el Hotel, con desayuno incluido. En la web de Hoteles.com indicaba perfectamente la hora que comenzaban los desayunos, pero al llegar al Hotel en cuestión se me indica que no podría ser, porque se empezaría una hora y media mas tarde, lo cual, para continuar nuestro viaje no podíamos permitirnos.

Le expliqué a la señorita de recepción la situación, y que la información estaba clara en la web, e inclusive en un cartel en la recepción, pero que como habían cambiado, no se podía hacer nada al respecto.

Me quejé a atención al cliente de Hoteles.com en ese mismo momento, me llamaron al momento, pero sin darme soluciones, tan solo que en 72 horas me darían una respuesta... que llevo esperando desde el 7 de Julio, y hoy estamos a 31 de Julio, que serían esperando unas 504 horas en realidad a fecha de hoy, y como me indican, que siga esperando.

Una atención al cliente de 0 por parte de Hoteles.com, al igual que por parte del Hotel Astoria, que no nos proporcionó un servicio contratado estando la hora indicada y dentro de nuestro horario de viaje.

Pagué por un desayuno que jamás recibiría.

Pros:

Ottimo Hotel con tanti servizi ,piscina molto bella e giardino ben tenuto ,buona colazione e camera spaziosa.
Comodo parcheggio e posizione strategica vicino ad Alba Iulia e autostrada.
Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.

Next to the main road, quite modern and clean. Although promised by Hotels.com, there was no buffet table, the on-menu breakfast was very poor.
