War sehr gut komfortabel
Pros:

War alles super der rezeption war sehr aufmerksam gökhan war sein name hat mir immer parkplatz frei gehalten 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Cons:

Toiletten haben gestunken abfluss sonst war alles ok und der fön müsste mal auf neueste stand ausgetauscht werden.

Overnattet var fint og flot sted.

Cons:

1 enkelt personale kunne godt blive oplæret hvordan man kommuniker i service nuviue med kunderne. Hvilket det ikke skal gå udover hotellet eller andet personale men da det kun var en jeg var utilfreds med hans kommunikation måde.

素晴らしい立地と眺めのお部屋！
Pros:

今回予約したお部屋がほんとに素晴らしく、家具や内装もまだ新しい！部屋も想像以上に広く、ずっと居たくなつまてしまいました！
受付のアリさんは、いつも温かく出迎えてくれて、とても丁寧でフレンドリー！
部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、今回同じような価格帯のホテルに4カ所滞在しましたが、こちらのHotel Bosforaが圧倒的に1番でした！
立地も良いので、カフェや買い物に行くのにとても便利！
スタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました！

Pros:

It is value for money, very spacious room

Cons:

The room we got was on the -1 floor, there was a lot of noise from the bar as well as the AC unit outside our room. Generally the area is noisy, but you are better off with a room on a higher floor

Super Lage und die Terasse entschädigt die Dusche.
Pros:

Sehr gut

Cons:

Dusche ging nur die Duschbrause nicht die Regendusche. Badezimmer ansich sehr schön aber die Anschlüsse müssten mal erneuert werden.
War aber ok

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich besonders hervorzuheben und Danken möchte ich Herrn Atinc Atakan, er hat immer gute Tipps und ein Lächeln und freundlich Worte für uns. Das Zimmer war groß und wir auf den Bildern. Insgesamt war die Lage und die Umgebung wirklich sehr schön, es gibt mehre Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig. Der Marktplatz von Beksiktas ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bei unseren nächsten Istanbul Aufenthalt wieder dort buchen.

Es gab keine negativen Punkte.

Sehr zentral gelegen, freundlicher Service, moderne Zimmer.
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sehr netter Service, unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Heizung mit AC.

Cons:

Es war ziemlich kalt im Januar - da wäre eine wärmere Bettdecke wünschenswert gewesen.

It’s nice but I wouldn’t go there again unfortunately

I liked the location it’s close to everywhere like Beşiktaş, Ortaköy

Cons:

The staff were not very helpful or welcoming. My partner and I woke up late, around 4pm, and by that time the cleaner had already finished our floor, so our room wasn’t cleaned. When we went downstairs to explain this to reception, the staff member said, “Well, look at the time, they won’t be here now.” I explained that they were still in the building, just on a different floor, and that I didn’t need a full clean — just fresh towels and the essentials. Unfortunately, he wasn’t helpful at all.

When we first checked in, there was no one at the reception desk and we had to wait about 10 minutes. When someone finally came out, he wasn’t polite and didn’t apologise for the wait. If you’re someone who values good customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Other than that, the stay was okay.

Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. The duvet kept coming undone, which made it difficult to sleep.
