An absolutely charming property with so much character.
Pros:

The property is beautifully restored and tastefully furnished according to its late 19th century time period. It felt like a genuine step back in time with modern conveniences. The room and common areas are spotlessly clean - literally not a speck of dust anywhere!. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable; it was very quiet ensuring a good sleep. The owner Sharon was so friendly and helpful in recommending some excellent restaurants for dinner. She followed up with me each day to make sure I was comfortable and made herself available if I had any special requests or concerns. The delicious continental breakfasts were ready in my fridge the night before as per my request (I had to leave early each morning). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Princess and the Pea; I highly recommend it!

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Charming place, very well taken care of; friendly staff; clean; good system; nice cutely, plates and china; nice historical area with cafe nearby; nice overall atmosphere.

Cons:

No breakfast included; breakfast option very limited; no microwave in room although apparently available upon request; small front entrance parking area; street quite busy; a bit noisy with traffic at certain times of the day.

Excellent breakfast. Home-made and very tasty. Also, great coffee! The historic house is just beautiful and Sharon was very accommodating to safety and being comfortable at all times.

Cons:

Maybe inform a little bit better if the room is being cleaned during the day or not. Not a deal-breaker at all, just a little confusing.

Im obsessed! This was one of the cutest places I have ever stayed. Customer service is fantastic. Check in was easy and convenient. Our room was charming, so clean and beautifully maintained. I even took a bath and I would never do that in a hotel! I highly recommend this cute little spot. I can't say enough good things. I will be staying again.
