Le manque d ascenseur

Το κατάλυμα αναφέρει ότι υπάρχει διαθέσιμο ασανσέρ ενώ ήταν χαλασμένο όλη τη βδομάδα με αποτέλεσμα να ανεβάζουμε τις αποσκευές μας στο 4ο όροφο με τα χέρια! Οι κουρτίνες ήταν σπασμένες, τα μισά φωτιστικά δεν λειτουργούσαν,ο στεγνωτήρας μαλλιών χαλασμένος και είχε ελάχιστες πρίζες με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να έχουμε τον ανεμιστήρα όπου χρειάζεται! Στο πρωινό τα τραπέζια ήταν λίγα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούν να εξυπηρετηθούν όλοι οι πελάτες και να αναμένουμε αρκετή ώρα. Το μόνο θετικό ήταν το ευγενικό προσωπικό που είχε διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει

L’ascensore è rimasto guasto per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Stanze relativamente vecchie ma pulite.

Atendimento, falta do Ar Condicionado pois informaram que tinha e a acomodação muito ruim.

Struttura logora, con moquette e tende sporche, ogni oggetto in camera era inguardabile o rotto. Avevamo due stanze e a causa di una pioggia ci si è allagata la stanza, ma ci hanno dato una camera solo per la notte successiva. Abbiamo chiesto notizie su un eventuale rimborso, ma non abbiamo nemmeno avuto notizie in merito. Non consiglio assolutamente!

da ristrutturare interamente, troppo datato e vecchio, per avere tutte faccine sorridenti è necessario un impegno maggiore

the room provided to me was not in a condition suitable for staying.

When I arrived at the property, I was informed/observed that the room had become wet due to rain, making it impossible and unsafe for me to stay there. I had made this booking well in advance, yet I was not informed about this condition before arriving at the hotel. Had I been notified beforehand, I could have made alternative arrangements without the inconvenience and disappointment I experienced.

Furthermore, the lift/elevator at the property was also out of order, which added significantly to the inconvenience and made the overall situation unacceptable.

Due to these circumstances, I was left with no choice but to book another hotel for my stay, resulting in additional expense and considerable inconvenience.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience and with the lack of prior communication regarding these issues. Since the room was not usable and the accommodation provided did not meet reasonable expectations

Certains équipements étaient défectueux, la télévision, les éclairages en chambre, et absence de ventilateur dans la chambre.

Hôtel qui ne devrait plus paraître malheureusement dans les offres booking ni aucun site. Il faut tenir en alerte sur le manque d’hygiène. Pas de remboursement, je n’y suis pas allée avec ma fille tant pis.

Mieliśmy pokój na poddaszu i jak była ulewa to kąpało z dachu na łóżku. Przytrafiło nam się to ostatniej nocy, więc już nie zgłaszaliśmy obsłudze hotelu.
