The hotel lacks a reception desk with hotel hours. it is a venue for weddings and other events. It has staff during the afternoon and a gym within its building has staff who can call to bring a staff member to assist one. It has a beautiful garden and pool with sculptures and the two-story units with bedrooms over a kitchen and living room are well suited to events. The decor in the housing unit had style and beauty.

There is no food or drinks on premises.
It is a very atypical hotel, my room was located in a building with 3 other room; we shared a kitchen/living room/dinner table, but my room & bathroom were private.
I wasn't lucky as I was sick and it was cold in Tepozotlan that day, but there is no heater in the room (normal for Mexico) and no way to get the room warmer... Plus my window couldn't close, so I froze in the room.
Besides that, staff was very friendly and the hotel is atypical but cute and not too far from the restaurants and bars in the city; I just wasn't ready to walk by myself at night in the streets.

Cómodas habitaciones con estufa refrigerador, cafetera y el personal súper amable, lo único es que la alberca debería estar más caliente de ahí en fuera me encantó el lugar, hay mucha paz

No tienen clima las abitaciones
La estancia es tranquila y cómoda, el personal es amable, consejo de oro: lleven repelente de mosquitos en especial si planean estar en las áreas verdes, si llevan vehículos tienen estacionamiento subterráneo, solo tengan cuidado al momento de salir, está muy empinada la rampa
Ce n’est pas un hôtel. Pas de bar ni restaurant, c’est un centre de réception et de sport. Accueil limite, peu communiquant. Impersonnel. Chambre sans lampes de chevet. Humide et froid. Peu confortable

Unique hotel which was sparkling clean and quite comfortable. Lots of interesting art. If I had younger kids, I would love to take them to this hotel. The pool is gorgeous and there is a sport court. The staff were extremely nice.

Excesivo costo para lo que ofrecen, solo hay botanas, no hay restaurante, es desagradable tener que buscar a donde salir a desayunar sobre todo.
