Muy amable la recepcionista que nos tocó. Descanse muy bien y la ubicación es buena.
Cuando entramos a la habitación, había una toalla en el piso como si ya lo hubieran usado y el escusado estaba tapado. Baje a la recepción para aviasar y sólo me subieron un destapacaños.

Es un poco lejos del centro , hay que tener cuidado, si no se hace el check in dentro de las franjas horarias indicadas en la pág, le liberan la habilitación- no guardan reserva.

The price doesn't contain the tax (although it is written)
Very well priced. We upgraded our room at a very favourable increase. We were here for England game vs Mexico and the staff were excellent and accommodating with good sense of humour, especially in the hotel restaurant (which has excellent food)! A bit of a distance from the centre of Mexico City but we were well aware of this when booking. A good shopping centre close by with a load of restaurants if you need an alternative to the hotel restaurant.
