El personal es muy amable y dan muy bien las indicaciones.

Cons:

No hay claridad con los horarios, no se puede aprovechar el día si el Check in es tan tarde(15 hrs) y además el chek out al medio día del otro día.
Lo hablamos por la aplicación, pero no hubo respuesta sobre el cambio de horario de Check in.

Pros:

Carlos and his staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Our room was just outside the swimming pool and the other patrons were very noisy until 11pm and I have to go out to ask them to reduce their noise.
The shower cold water tap doesn't work, only the hot water!
