The location and ambience were very nice and staff was helpful in making reservations in nearby restaurants. The a la carte items offered for breakfast, albeit expensive, were very good.
Unlike upon checkin, the omnipresent staff did not make any efforts to help with the luggage during checkout. They just looked away. Likewise, the staff was ignorant of guests relaxing in the beautiful courtyard by starting to sand one of the doors. This made us head out earlier than we had planned.

Fantastic stay… the courtyard and architecture was immersive and inviting. The restaurants and walkability was the driving factor for this property and it was perfect. Staffing were incredible kind and accommodating (ensuring I had enough cerveza at the ready). The hammocks under the canopy was a dream rest spot.

This place is yet another hidden gem in the beautiful city of Merida! Right on the main gastronomic district street (Calle 47) near Centro and Paseo de Montejo. It was a tranquil and beautiful oasis. Walking distance to all the great restaurants like Oliva Enoteca, 130 Grados, and more! Sorry I don't have names of the staff but all were fantastic!

Lovely small hotel in the center of Merida. Very well-located with close proximity to numerous restaurants and bars in the beautiful center of the city. Professional and very accommodating staff. Beautiful patio area, pleasant in-house. Delicious, well-prepared breakfast. Highly recommended.
This excellent hotel offers spacious very well-appointed loggia rooms which are high-ceilinged and cool. We received superb friendly service at all times with plenty of areas to relax and a refreshing pool. The breakfast was served with elegance and style.

Price was not in line with facility and expectations. There are MANY MANY properties that will offer / give muc( more for the price. I understand about the property and its history ( this was never brought up in booking ) .
There was NO LENIENCY in the pricing after the property made its mistake. This is a sad thing …. MONEY MONEY MONEY aid a poor way to keep customers. I LOVE THE STAFF and location …. But sadly I will NEVER go back from the way I was treated …..so you could make your MONEY .Poor management , this will never happen in the U.S.
