Pros:

The host Ponny was super nice and accommodating, all amenities were ready, there is even a washing machine and the interior is one of the cutest places I've ever been to! Highly recommended :)

Pros:

The location was very good and the host was very fast at replying and giving us information. The room was very clean too. For the price, it was reasonable.

Cons:

We stayed in the room with the six bunk beds in February and though the room was heated, the bathroom was not making it almost unbearably cold. The decor of that room is also very startling; kids’ duvets and blinds compared to dark grey walls that made the room feel quite gloomy and claustrophobic.

Pros:

2nd time staying here. Pleasant as always. The place is very home-y and comfortable. Ponny, the host is easily contacted and very friendly. Facilities easily accessible. It may not be in the centre of Seoul, but very good place, close to 3 train stations. There’s washing machine facilities which made it easier to travel light.

주변에 이마트가 가까이 있고 음식점이 다양해서 좋았습니다 지하철 역이 멀어서 버스로 이동하기 좋았습니다

문자로 안내받은 신설동 역애서 아이들과 걸어가기엔
다소 멀었습니다.
인테리어들이 오래 되어 리모델링이나 더 깔끔한 조명을 바꾸면 환해보이고 좋을 것 같습니다

Kind staff and good price. Location was also fine

Cons:

Fairly old building with cold drafts from the windows and showering over the toilet. Staff has been informed and says they will soon renovate and fix issues.

مكان جيد جدا لكن قليل بعيد عن اماكن سياحه لا بأس ابالنسبه السعر شقه للي حلو فيه باص مره عند شقه تنزل و تحتك باص شغالين ع طول يوديك اماكن سياحيه مثل ميونغ دونغ و جنجام و غيره و غير جي انا عن نفسي قلت احسن اني سكنت هالمكان و لا سكنت في ميونغ دونغ مكان مره ازعاج انصحكم فيه شقه نظيفه سرير مريح و صاحبة شقه مره طيبه ع طول ترد على اي سؤال حتى لو في اي وقت ما تقصر فينا ابدا، متواجد في مكان متوفر مصعد غرفه يصلح لعائله صغيره 4 بس اللي عرفت انه غرفهم كلهم صغار زين انه شقتها ع الاقل واسع و حمامهم نظيف غساله و ميكرويف و شغالات مطبخ و ادواته كلها متوفره و كوي و بعد صاحبة الشقه خلت شنطتنا عندها خمس ساعات محفوظ ف store انا وايد حبيت هالانسانه ابدا ما تقصر و ع فكره بخصوص القطار قريب خمس و ثمانيه دقايق من مشي مره ثانيه بزور هالبلده و باخد نفس الشقه thank u pony u are really lovely girl always helpful us thanks I promise I will come back soon 😊🙏

Ponny was a great host and answered everything question we asked for. The directions were easy and we felt very welcome
Pros:

Very clean and fresh! This cute studio has everything you need (a/c, heating floors, stove, microwave, washing machine, etc). Large space enough for a couple. You can walk to the Super EMart in 2 mins, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful. It does get a little noisy from the outside traffic, but nothing that will keep you up.

Nice flat in a reasonable price
Pros:

Nice big flat with everything you need. Was a last minute booking and the price was reasonable.

Cons:

Shower was not separated from bathroom. Can’t control the heating. Quite a walk to metro station.
