Everything was very good staff included. The location is great. Close to any way you need to get in Athens
Breakfast could have had more but it was still good
Very accommodating
Called to inform on late arrival
Cooperative
Fine for the price, clean and comfortable.
Hairdryer didn’t work. Bathroom door was stuck closed and has to slam room door to stay closed.
Price, Location, most everything.
Nothing
Room was fine. It was raining like crazy the day/evening we stayed. Lots of water outside which drive the insects inside. We had several bugs (4) that were selling refuge in our room was well. Had to handle that and then deal with the idea that we weren't the only ones in the room for the night.
The bed was very comfortable and having a couch in the room made it more like home.
The water pressure was very weak, making it difficult to shower. The king suites are on the second floor. Stairs are hard for seniors with mobility issues. Maybe have a few suits downstairs.
Everything was good
Had nets in bathroom
I was harassed by several men lurking on the property from the apartment complex in the back of the hotel. I let the front desk but nothing. They started the owner lived on the property but it wasn’t safe for a single woman visitor.
Breakfast was average but I didnt expect more. The location is a BIG PROBLEM! There is no easy way to access the property via a left turn. Forced to drive way out of the way, do a u-turn and swing back to make the right turn.
See above. No left turn option.
I booked two rooms for UGA graduation weekend 2027 at a confirmed rate. Six days later the hotel claimed a "glitch in the system" and demanded I rebook at more than double the original rate (almost $1200 rate increase) with a new cancellation policy attached, or lose my reservation entirely.
After four unanswered emails to hotel ownership and Choice Hotels Corporate executives, I filed formal complaints with the Georgia Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission for deceptive pricing practices and consumer coercion. Anyone else who was affected by this bait-and-switch pricing should do the same!
