Blu Monkey Hub and Hotel Phuket

The property is beautiful! Great location! Very clean and the bed is very comfortable! Tik & Bua are amazing, they made my stay here in Phuket that much better! : )

I like to drive with grab car to vidit different places in phuket go to centrum for eat en drinks see shoppingmals or restaurant.

Hotel in a handy location. Stayed for one night to do a little shopping in Phuket and see the old town.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and homey, very clean. The pool was refreshing. The breakfast was decent especially for the price. I would stay here again

Spacious room with large bed. Room was overall tidy and clean. Bathroom however felt a bit unclean with a mouldy smell.
Staff and their service at the desk were great.

Great location awesome staff specially Paul from the front desk. They all go out of their way to help. Big and comfortable room. On site parking if you are driving. Highly recommended.

Paul and the other girls working are VERY helpful and their to answer and help you reserve, answer and recommend places or activities. Bananas, coffee and little cookies fresh and ready everyday to get you started! Very close and walking distance to everything you need. Included weekend night markets, 7eleven and massages!

Basic amenities like toothbrushes, towel were not provided and were available on chargeable basis that too above Maximum Retail Price. Staff was not welcoming and rude. The property felt cheap and left there were several places where cost cutting was done. The balcony experience was the worst as it was infront to open Sewage and balcony smelled so awful. The bathroom was also poorly ventilated

Great coffee bar in the lobby, good breakfast, laundry and pool open 24/hr. Great location for walking. Quiet safe area! Would stay here again!

The room was good with a nice balcony and the main lobby area had the community feel of a hostel (good thing). Breakfast had plenty of options and there's fresh juice 24/7 available in the lobby.

The things we didn't like: Floor in the room was dirty and needed to be swept, soaking tub on balcony didn't look super clean either so we didn't use it.

Nice modernised hotel at a very low cost. Close to the sunday market spot.

The room was okay. There were no cupboards to keep the luggage. You just have a very small open shelf where you can keep just your cabin bag. It’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget and don’t stay in the room a lot. Service was really good. The cleaning team were really sweet.

Blu Monkey is a wonderful place to stay as a mainstay in the Phuket area. We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t have been happier!

Monkey Desk: All the front desk attendants were so helpful in so many ways. We had little planned for activities but with their help, we were able to do so much more! They helped us in communicating with the tours, setting us up with taxi services, and gave us so many restaurant recommendations. One Chun was our favorite restaurant! If we ever come back to Phuket, we will make sure to stay at Blu Monkey again!

Good

The hotel is nice, clean and convenient. The only two things are the breakfast is “Ok” and the staff don’t speak good English. Overall, it is a good hotel.
