It was dusty inside the room.
I booked 2 rooms I had in 2nd floor no view facing the roof top of opposite building and my guest was on the 10th floor. Why it was not arrange on the same floor ?

i like the 7e beside the hotel. could use the door inside to go through 7e

Cons:

1. Only got limited sockets for charging our hp. the usb port nearby the tv is not functioning.
2. Parking is also limited and we have to park to other side provided by the hotel. the transit also start at 8:00 am. so we have to walk to get our car as we have to travel before 8:00 am.
3. The aircond is a bit slow to cool down the room. pls improve.
4. The menu as advertised in the lift is not available. and there's no room service for that.

Room was in excellent condition and service was courteous and very friendly

Cons:

Parking lot was full most of the time. Hope the Management can consider renting the basement parking at d building next door for hotel guests. Building looks abandoned with plenty of parking bays available.
