Clean, neat room, good location.
Asked desk staff if they had a map of the area - they said no. It would take so little to photocopy a local map for visitors unused to the layout of downtown. Rooms on the small side.
Parking, rude security guards
It’s convenient for the purpose of my visit to Ipoh. The security staff r polite. The water pressure in the bathroom used to be excellent and the heater was good. Generally we used to love it there.
In my last two visits, the Aircond wasn’t working the phone in the room wasn’t working and worst of all the water pressure especially when using the heater was so so bad. Like really bad. On our last two visit, we did highlighted it to the staff but they just apologised and that was it. Very disappointed.

The room was good in size and location was perfect, everything was easy to reach or go to. Breakfast was good too. Staff were very friendly, especially the security who would ensure our safety whenever our car came to pick up or drop off since the hotel is located at quite a main and somewhat busy road. The rest of the staff were very warm as well...everyone always greeted whenever we met.
Just wish they had extra blankets and pillows in the room, though we didn't ask the reception which they might have provided if we had asked.
Great location as it is within walking distance to town. There is a convenience store downstairs, in case you need a late night snacks or if you forgotten to pack something. The facility is clean as it is considerably new and the staffs are super friendly.
There are limited parking on site but they have an off site parking in case the basement parking is full. Shuttle service is available between the hotel and the off site car park.

The rate of the rooms, cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff and security officers,
Could have asked us which floor and which view we wanted during check in since we had ample availability.
The availability of the parking is so limited. Even though there is shuttle van available to go to the other parking space, but it's create the inconveniences.
There were drilling sound on the property as early as 9 AM, couldn’t take longer hour naps.
