Everything was neat and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to rest after a day out.
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cosy, clean, and felt quite new and well maintained.

The basement parking is limited and the parking bays are quite tight.

Quite location beside the river. Has convenient store just downstair 7e.
Adequate amneties. Helpful staff.

Disappointed! Photos do not represent the true quality of rooms.

In a good location, close to the old town.

Our room did not match the photos on Booking.com
One of the main walls had torn wall paper and a severely damaged wall. The bed base looked torn and pillows were stained yellow. The basin in bathroom needed a good clean around the base where it is attached to cabinetry. We discussed our dissatisfaction with manager and all he said was that some of the rooms had been renovated and some were not. I had chosen a standard room and there was nothing he could do as the hotel was fully booked. Seems strange to me that the hotel was fully booked as there was no one around in this town.

Hotel is nice and location is superb. Dun get the breakfast :)
Pros:

Parking is really limited but the guards are superb. They have another carpark location further down the road and there are hotel shuttle bus to commute between carpark and hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast for RM32 was really really poor.
Food are limited and they offered pastry but was locked and juices was locked :) and need to pay RM10 for 2 tiny pastry.
