Quiet stay & great value
Pros:

Very pleasant stay. The room was quiet and great value for money. The windows are well insulated, so traffic noise was not an issue at all. There is also a 7‑Eleven just on the ground floor, which makes it very convenient for quick snacks or essentials. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay 👍👍👍

If you do not great patience when during with staffs here, don’t stay in this hotel

The check in and check out experience was very badly handled. Very slow and confusing front desk during check in. Very frustrating during check out with the accusations of guest causing the missing curtain belt. Who wants the curtain belt?

Pros:

Light sleepers must know that 200 meters from the hotel, there is a mosque, which uses loud speakers to sing morning prayer starting at 0630 Am for just 5 minutes, also evening prayer until 09:30 PM. Good location, 10 min. walk to the Train station, to the old town and China Town. Quite close to restaurants, cafes.

Cons:

The loud speakers of the mosque 200 meters from the hotel, sings morning prayer at 06:30 AM for about 5 minutes, and then until 09:30 PM in the evening.

Great hotel in the heart of Ipoh
Pros:

Nice hotel. The room is very comfortable with a good view of Padang Ipoh. The location is close to the central city, with Concubine Lane being just 10 minutes or so walking distance. The staff were helpful and efficient.

happy and confortable
Pros:

the sineary was great, confortable at lobby and room, convenience store at 7 11 store, and frendly hotel staff.

Cons:

Location is very bad and dangerous too, I bring 2 elderly citizen along, I stop at lobby drop off, while cars from behind land almost hit my aunties....luckly the great hotel bellboy helping me to see cars to make sure auntie are safely get down from my car. not good idea to have so small land to get down at lobby.
Secondly, checkin not at lobby, i need carry my 4 laggagues, bags, and 2 auntie along to take lift to 12 floor for checkin, and come down at 5th floor for our room, (up and down).
