Everything was excellent!! Your front desk lady Maryann was very courteous and extremely helpful!
Wanted view of pool, but got view of highway.
Very clean and well kept up, lots to do and everything is clean and well kept up.
The only thing that could have been improved is the pillows, your head sinks through them. Also the air conditioning seemed to not be functioning the wall thermostat said one thing the unit said something else.
The staff was friendly. The pool was nice and relaxing. The food was good. The rooms were comfortable and nice.
The property was not only beautiful but very clean and well kept. All the amenities were accessible and well advertised as well as for a great value. The staff was amazing especially the janitorial staff working the breakfast shift as well as the front desk clerk.

Great reception. The staff in general were caring and helped with all our needs. Rooms were clean and exceeded our expectations. Tight security for our safety including the elevators use. My kids liked the property and spent hours playing basket ball.
We had an exceptional breakfast too ! I stayed one night but will come again.
I think the property should consider having safe boxes to lock in some jewellerys etc..in future.
The location
I would like to express my frustration with the check-in experience today. Check-in is advertised as 3:00 PM, yet we waited an hour and a half for our room to be ready. Once we were finally told the room was available, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes before we could even access it.
To make matters worse, the room keys did not work. I had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed, and even after being issued new key cards, those did not work either. We are now more than two hours past the advertised check-in time and still unable to access our room.
After a long day of travel, especially with a family, this level of service is completely unacceptable. The delays, lack of communication, and repeated issues accessing the room have made for an extremely frustrating experience and a very poor first impression. I would appreciate an immediate resolution and an explanation as to how this situation occurred, as well as consideration for appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

Friendly and helpful front desk people like Presley, Delores and Spencer. I hate to miss any of the front desk people as everyone was helpful and pleasant.
