We accidentally left our flight tickets in the room and only realized it after arriving at the airport. By then, we no longer had enough time to return to the hotel to collect them.

We called the hotel, and one of your staff members kindly went back to our room to look for the tickets. She found them, took photos, and sent them to us immediately. Her kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help truly saved us.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to her. We are very grateful for her outstanding service and professionalism.

For reference, we were the family of three (father, mother, and one child) who checked in on the night of 3 August and checked out in the early morning of 4 August.

Thank you once again for making our trip a little less stressful. We truly appreciate your excellent hospitality.
