The hotel was completely different from the photos. There was a strong smell of mold, mold on the mattress, peeling wallpaper, and dirt everywhere. During our 7-day stay as a group of five, the room was not cleaned even once — the cleaning staff randomly chose which rooms to clean. The key card holders were falling apart, and there was a hole in the wall. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful; when we reported the peeling wallpaper, we were told, ‘we don’t have super glue.

Nimic. La penultimul etaj erau niște scări horror, ziceai ca se dărâmă pe tine. Totul foarte îngrămădit.

Dobre i roznorodne sniadanie w formie bufetu na ostatnim 8 pietrze budynku. Wyjatkowo piekny widok na miasto Bursa ı gory. To w zasadzie jedyny plus dla mnie.

Poniewaz przyjechalam wczesniej o pare godzin przed zaczeciem doby to kazano mi doplacic 40 euro ( 50 bylo na starcie) za podwyzszony standard, bo tylko taki pokoj mieli przygotowany, pomimo ze napisalam na Booking w zyczeniach specjalnych, ze prosze o wczesne udostepnienie pokoju, bo bede jechac w nocy. Napisalam tez dodatkowo maila o tej tresci, ale mnie niemile zaskoczono.
