Très moyen.L'hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles et doit faire des travaux.
Pros:

Chambre 602 : la salle d'eau est pour un enfant de 8 ans.
Elle trop petite,mal pensée et est à refaire en l'agrandissant .
Aucune étagère dans la chambre.
Les dalles de moquette au sol étaient enlevées.
Pourquoi pas plutôt un parquet ou du carrelage au sol ?

La robinetterie est à revoir.L'inverseur était cassé.

Good room, there was a kettle.

Cons:

The floor in the bathroom was slippery. There was no place for parking the car. And the cost for parking at the nearest parking was £10. It's expensive.

Cons:

Choix de la chambre par réservation 1 mois à l'avance non respecté : demandé : chambre 2 lits. Réalité : 2 chambres à 2 étages différents. Taille des "chambres" attribuées, je devrais dire "des placards" : 1,80 mètre au plus large, 1,20 mètre au plus étroit...

Great treatment and attention from the staff, we arrived in the early morning and they gave us a better room than we had booked just to let us check in and rest, and did not make us wait until the afternoon, which was really really kind and we appreciated a lot

The hotel is in a really good area, close to restaurants, markets, historical spots, mosques, etc. You can easily walk to most of the points of interest or take public transportation
