The hygiene was terrible; both the room and toilet smelled awful, and garbage was piled in the hallways. I paid RM20 for an early check-in, but the room wasn't ready—I had to wait until 3 PM for towels and had to ask for a TV remote. The overall stay was very uncomfortable due to the smell and lack of preparation.
