Piece of history!
Pros:

I loved it. It is the old guard house. The night before a bear had walked through the cafe. I took a bath in a turret (because the bathroom was in a turret.) I could see Pele's Castle from my window. Was it old? yes. A little smelly/musty? yes. Best apple turnovers ever in the cafe? YES!!! It was awesome to stay in a piece of history. I loved it

Surprisingly nice location
Pros:

We reached that place with a couple of friends. It was their surprise for us. What we found there?... Well, an exceptional view, good services, fine foods...
It worth's a visit! At least, during spring and summer times :)

Amazing fairytale place if you are a history lover
Pros:

This is a beautiful place to stay right next to Peles and Pelisor castles. Gave it 5/5 for the atmosphere, so I highly recommend it if you want to have a fairytale weekend at the castle, as it is a historical building and actually part of the Peles complex. I stayed in a standard room and could see Peles castle from my window because the tree in front did not yet have leaves (in the summer it is not visible, only from the more expensive rooms). Loved the exterior, looks like it is out of a fairytale and it is very peaceful in the mornings and evenings, you can hear the birds and the running water (except for the weekends when the castle is open for visiting, there can be many tourists around). The room was comfortable, the windows are beautifully old and the furniture matches the historical vibe of the whole area. The floors are really squeaky, could hear the neighbours from above walking, but this can add to the atmosphere. The furniture could also use some reconditioning. The breakfast is a la carte, you can chose whatever you want from multiple options and it was average tasting, not bad. The staff from the reception and restaurant is very friendly.
Definitely do not miss taking a walk in the forest behind Peles castle, there are multiple alleys.

Totul este de nota 10.
Pros:

Am stat cateva zile la Vila Economat din Complexul "La Tunuri". Confortul la cazare este de 5+ stele. Foarte curat, personal calificat si prietenos. Micul dejun foarte bun.

I stayed a few days at Vila Economat in the "La Tunuri" Complex. Accommodation comfort is 5+ stars. Very clean, qualified and friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

Greatly positioned.
Pros:

The hotel is build in the former establishments dedicated for the palace workers. It has the glam that takes you 100 years back in time. Greatly positioned for visiting the Castles which definitely worth being visited. Some of the rooms have view towards the castle. Very clean. Friendly personnel. A little bit expensive, but compensate due to it's position. Free parking for guests. Wireless free of charge. Decent breakfast. The restaurant is a little it expensive, but overall Sinaia is expensive. Walkable distance from city center, the alley from the castle takes you close to the Monastery which is 5 minutes from the downtown. We recommend and return!

WONDERFUL!
Pros:

We love this hotel! everything is wonderful. We stayed in a "Superior double room", which is very large, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, right in the park where Peles Castle is located. However, what exceeded our expectations was the fantastic view we had from our room.

Best location in Sinaia
Pros:

Great experience!
Superb location, quiet, woke up in the morning to the sound of birds and you can have coffee with a view of the Peles Castle
Good restaurant with a la carte breakfast and good distancing (they really follow the anti covid measures) and reaaaally accomodating staff
The room is basic, we stayed in the attic with low ceilings and small windows overlooking the castle. It was really special.
The bathroom fixtures, carpets etc are not new but everything is extremely clean.

Fine hotel in royal domain
Pros:

Arriving at this hotel I encountered enough parking spaces and it is free too.

I stayed in the main building at the very top (room 20) the bathroom overlooks the front court of the hotel and bedroom overlooked the castle but it is difficult to see as high trees obscure it.

Very creaky floors and the set up of the room is slightly odd. Basically it consists of 3 spaces. The entrance where two chairs and a small table with coffee maker is located and also the wardrobe. Which also contains slippers and bathrobes. It really is a large corridor. Then there is a small bedroom with minibar. The shower (no bath) room is on the front. Fairly large room but with quite a small shower stall.
Very quiet room as it is the attic really.

A friend stayed at the Economat part of the hotel and his room was spacious and more standard. With spacious bathroom.

Breakfast was included in the rate and was served a la carte but one could choose as many dishes as one wished. The Julius Meinl coffee is strong!
Breakfast staff helpful and friendly.

Rest of staff I hardly had interactions with.

Very nice location. The café at the back with the palace view, although obscured by large trees, is a self service place. Which I thought was slightly odd but it makes sense as used a lot by day tourists visiting the castle.

I would recommend this historical and somewhat quaint and quiet hotel.

It is all location...
Pros:

The hotel is close to the Peles Castle. This together with the nice building and terraces makes it an excellent choice to stay. It also fix the parking problem because as guest we could park (free) across the hotel.
The room was average, but with a nice bathtub. The windows, with trees in front did make the room a bit dark. No view.
The breakfast was a la card and fine.
The hotel does have a own terrace but the terrace on the other side of the building was for more attractive.
We did eat at the restaurant across the hotel.
Checking out was did take much time because nobody was there and nobody did react to the bell for a long time. We did pay by booking (Booking.com) but there is an extra Destination fee of 10.67 RON.

Access by car is from Marami Hotel GPS 45.357435, 25.540098, at the end of the road continue ignoring the one way sign (it is 30m).

Sleeping like a chatelaine
Pros:

It’s part of the castle of Peles and you find yourself right in the castle park when all tourists have gone away! The rooms are furnished in the same style as the castle and they look pleasantly old-fashioned. I couldn’t see the castle from my window because I was o n the ground floor but many rooms have a view. Room and bathroom are comfortable, the guy at the reception was very nice. Breakfast s included and it’s really great, you can choose from different menus and it’s prepared on the spot. Unluckily they begin at 8. And they begin late (8pm) also to serve dinner. I ordered a soup that was good and pork with cabbage that was disappointing, the pork was very fat and I couldn’t eat it all.
WiFi is good, the price is obviously on the high side but not too bad, they take credit cards. You may park in front of the hotel even if google map won’t let you there.,.

In a special place in the middle of a forest, close to the Peles Palace, this hotel is very cosy and remember us that simplicity is is the key of elegance. Recommend for those who want to spend some time in silence, reading a book and enjoying a wonderful view.

Unforgettable experience
Pros:

I use to sped few days in the neighbourhood of Peles Castle in the autumn time from many years. After a few years break this year I come back to this habit and I had a wonderful surprise staying in the same place the Royal Guard House rebuilt. It became a four stars hotel and most of the aspects of the rooms rise at this level. On one side the view is to the castle and on other to the Economat square. The windows are the original with stained glass. The bathroom try to reproduce the 19-th century atmosphere. I can add a very friendly staff and I believe this is the right picture. I recommend for a complete satisfaction the apartment with balcony.

Wonderful location & character
Pros:

As far as location and atmosphere it cannot be beat. So cute from the outside in all directions. It's an easy walk to other restaurants and the main strip in town (which is not so cute but a nice walk up and down the hill) .. the back terrace has a view of the castle and plenty of greenery. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room is comfortable. The only thing .. not the hotels fault .. but the dogs barked solidly right outside the window from say 11pm - 2am non-stop. Not in the distance barking but sounding like in your next room barking. I love animas and don't want them to go anywhere so not sure what can be done. Breakfast is nice and great that you can park there. Google maps will not direct you via GPS to the location so place the marker at the end of the nearest road leading in.

With the view of Peles!
Pros:

The hotel used to be the office of Royal Guard. It is only a few minutes walk from Peles Castle. We were lucky that not many people stayed at the hotel that night and therefore, we got the room with the view of the Castle!! We were so excited. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only problem we got was with the wifi which was very weak in the room. The breakfast was at the hotel restaurant which was next to the reception. It was very nice that we can order anything from the menu so, we had food freshly made for us.
