We stayed on the 11th Floor and the room looks like newly renovated. Spacious and very clean. We could access the beverage section on the 4th Floor which provides coffee, tea, wine and cup noodles too😊. Will stay again when we visit Kumamoto next time!!
We had the room with the bunk beds and the slide. It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay at this hotel longer!
Staff were great, place was clean but the beds were uncomfortable and kept moving around. Not a comfortable sleep.

It is a ok hotel with good location. Pictures are much better than the real room. Think the customers are mostly one time travelers. The fabric of the couch is plastic and make people feel uncomfortable.

Conveniently located next to the JR Kumamoto station mean lots of options for food and shopping at the AMU Plaza. Airport shuttle is located right outside the hotel. Tram stations are also right outside.
Room is spacious and comfortable, but using traditional keys instead of a room card is kind of inconvenient
The two nights we spent at this hotel were the best thus far. The staff was attentive and spoke enough english to help us with anything.
The hotel is right beside a mall. There a bunch of restaurants to choose from as well.
The room itself was clean and we always had towels avaliable. The only part that was annoying was that drain for the shower was clogged.
全般的に良い位置とクリーンな環境を持ってるところです。駅の前でいる長点とバス停留所がすぐ近いにあるのが良いだと思います。ただし、大きい音じゃないけど列車の音が部屋まで聞こえます
Overall a very excellent hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good. It had a large selection. being very close to the train station made it very convenient. There was also access to other forms of transportation very close. If you have a rental car, there is a Parkade you must pay for behind the hotel. The rental car centres are also located very close to the hotel.
It took some effort to step into washroom due to heigh gap
The breakfast buffet was a cut above normal and definitely worth paying for.

worth the price of the room
Booked primarily because it is close to jr station. Downside after 8pm nothing nearby open except family mart inside station.
Staff were great. Assisted filling out the luggage transfer form and retrieving card when I locked my self out while checking out.
Bed is firm and comfortable.
