Schlechtes Management bei Mängelbehebung
Pros:

An sich war alles, wie beschrieben: sauber etc., aber siehe Kommentar bei "nicht gefallen"

Cons:

1.: Minibar war im Zimmer. Hat aber nicht funktioniert (Licht ging an, aber keinerlei Kühlleistung. Pseudoerklärung: im Sommer reicht die Kühlleistung nicht aus). Es wurde zwar versucht, eine Minibar aus einem anderen Zimmer nutzbar zu machen, die war nicht angeschlossen. Kurzum: da ich das Zimmer (u.a.) extra wegen der Minibar gebucht habe: absolutes Versagen des Managements. Und keinerlei Kompensation !!! Und dann noch die Frechheit: "auf unserer homepage ist die Minibar nicht ausgewiesen". Soll man jetzt die Informationen, die booking.com auflistet alle einzeln auf der hoteleigenen homepage nachschauen ? Einfach lächerlich.

2.: Wasserkocher: existiert: aber es gab genau einen einzigen (!) Teebeutel "Earl Grey": Keine anderer Tee, kein Kaffee, kein Zucker, kein Creamer: was soll denn ein Wasserkocher, wenn man die Zutaten selbst mitbringen muss? Das gibt's in keinem Hotel weltweit. Und da kann man sich auch nicht ausreden, dass Personalengpass existiert. Sowas kann man Management-mäßig handhaben.

3.: Wenigstens wurde meine Anfrage nach late check out wegen Videokonferenz insoweit positiv beantwortet, dass ich 30 Minuten zugebilligt bekam (2 Stunden hatte ich angefragt) - aber das war das Maximum. Ist ok, aber dann die Frechheit zu haben, dass ich mir beim Check-out anhören muss, dass diese 30 Minuten mir mit dem Minibar-Desaster verrechnet werden ...: einfach lächerlich. Und verbunden mit "ich kann keine Entscheidung zu Kompensation treffen, das macht der Chef alleine"!

Bei allem Verständnis, das ich wegen Personalengpass und Kostendruck im Hotelgewerbe habe: aber sowas ist reines Mismanagement.

Empfehlung: Wenn alles glatt läuft, mag das Hotel ok sein. Aber wenn Probleme auftauchen, dann erwartet keine Lösung. Schade, aber so ist es.

Sehr zu empfehlen ☝️
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt tatsächlich an nichts, was Sauberkeit betrifft, volle Punktzahl ! Alles ist sehr ordentlich, bis hin zum Brandschutz.
Das Frühstück war 1A, alles ausreichend und sogar selbstgemachte Marmelade👍, wo bekommt man noch soetwas...vom Feinsten ⭐️ !

Cons:

Mir fällt nichts ein, außer, ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben 😃

Pros:

Kleines, aber äußerst feines Frühstücksbuffet. Tolle Gastgeberin mit interessanten Tipps. Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Parkplätze vor oder hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Griechisches Restaurant gleich gegenüber.
