Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

A localização é ótima para quem quer explorar o centro histórico. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. O café da manhã é delicioso e os funcionários muito simpáticos. O quarto é bem espaçoso, com sala e varanda e a decoração dos corredores é bem vintage

O sinal da Wi-Fi é fraco no quarto

Foi boa apesar dos detalhes ruins, conhecemos a cidade e os funcionários são bons.
Pros:

A acomodação é limpa, os funcionários são atenciosos e a localização é boa porém o centro está um pouco largado estive na cidade em 17/4/26

Cons:

O café da manhã é muito básico, toalhas finas e apesar do quarto ser limpo todos os dias encontramos um escorpião no quarto o que nos causou preocupação.

住在有160年悠久历史的古建筑里，本身，就可以令人产生无限的遐想，酒店地理位置优越，附近有很多的警察，非常的安全，步行去老城的任何地方都很方便。每个员工都很友善，早餐丰盛，有现炒的鸡蛋，从酒店叫Uber去机场也很便捷。房间每天都会按时打扫，空调运转良好。电梯虽然古旧，但不影响使用，楼道里也布置的古色古香。绝对是亚松森性价比最高的酒店。

terrazza presente, camera direi buona cosi come la cortesia del personale e la disponibilita dimostrata(molto buona); se la colazione fosse valutata positivamente, la stanza d uso risulta vicino all ingresso sicche permeata di odore di smog

Cons:

purtroppo posizione pessima( anche se centrale e comodo per visite) sia per traffico costante e rumoroso con infissi che non isolano per nulla dal rumore, sia per quartierato decisamente inscicuro dopo orario chiusura uffici. utilizzo bolt\uber necesario dopo le 17 circa

Good value for money
Pros:

The highlight of the hotel was the very friendly staff. The location is central, a small supermarket within walking distance. The room is basic, but everything very clean. The included breakfast was really good as well.

Cons:

Even though it is an old building the room (on the highest floor) was very hot, so using the somewhat loud AC necessary. But overall it was good value for money.

Un absoluto imperdible. Extraordinario alojamiento.
Pros:

Me gusto Absolutamente todo. La ubicación, el edificio ( antiguo palacio) , el ambiente, la decoración, habitaciones amplias, cuidado hasta el último detalle. El personal extraordinario. Y el desayuno fantástico.

Het personeel is geweldig, evenals het ontbijt. Ruime kamers met goede bedden, airco, wifi. Lekkere ruime douche. Kleding laten wassen. Lift. Goede veilige buurt niet ver van het centrum en de rivier.

Great stay in an historical hotel

It’s in the historical centre of asunción close to the Paraguay River coast, actually the hotel is an historical monument, you can walk everywhere, the room was ample and the bed comfortable they cleaned every day. The breakfast was good and the people that work there were amicable, corteus and respectful

Gran Hotel y excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente para conocer el hermoso centro de Asunción, está a unos pasos del panteón, el palacio López, y parques del centro histórico. En la noche el sector tiene una movida interesante de bares, restaurantes y sitios para tomar algo y refrescarse.

El hotel es bello, es un edificio histórico, conserva elementos tradicionales y modernos, los cuartos bien equipados y cómodos.
