Milé prekvapenie v srdci južných svahov Nízkych Tatier. Pohľad z okna bol dychberúci. Nič a a nič len pokoj divokej prírody. Opak vo vnútri. Akoby to bolo motto celého hotela srdiečko - srdiečko na dlani. Tak milú. vtipnú a ústretovú obsluhu nájdete málokde ( špeciálne Saška). Trochu hotel trpí svojou veľkosťou, kde bolo treba kompromisy ako na izbe tak v saune. Raňajky nad úrovňou očakávaní a chutné z kuchyne bolo rovnako milým dotvorením si obrazu o hoteli.
Nie je tu čo. Ak by som musel, tak možno menší tlak na GoPass a služby TMR?

The breakfast is simple but plenty enough to have a proper selection. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly and helpful. The spa part is amazing, the view from the hotel is stunning.
If you stay here due to skiing, don't hesitate. If you plan to stay here during summertime for hiking, also great :)
The WiFi was somehow selected to work. Some of the webpages I used to check were working fast and OK but some was 100% not available. I don't know why.
Hotel Srdiečko je opravdu ❤️. Přátelský personál, výborné jídlo, velký výběr na snídaně.

- Hezké čísté pokoje. Rodinný pokoj velmi prostorný
- Personál velmi milý a nápomocný
- Polopenze výborná, velký výběr na snídaně, výběr večeří není tak pestrý, ale odpovídá velikosti hotelu a skladba je chytře vymyšlená, jídlo je kvalitní a chutné, je téměř nemožné si nevybrat
- Wellness je krásné, vzhledem k velikosti hotelu nadprůměrné
- Poloha je výborná, přímo u lanovky
- Skvělá moderní lyžárna s vysoušečem bot a zamykatelnými skříňkami
- Parkování za hotelem OK - dobrý přístup k výtahu
- Ceny v baru a restauraci přiměřené, vzhledem k poloze spíš dobré
- V pokojích bylo krásně teplo a topení se dalo výborně regulovat
- v přízemí šel cítit odpad, to nám nevadilo, jen při průchodu to bylo nepříjemné
- budova hotelu je stará, ale vše je funkční, pokoje a společné prostory jsou hezky opravené, výtah moderní
- v okolí není moc kam jít, ale to nám nevadilo, byli jsme tam kvůli lyžování
