Pros:

frienďly staff, location, the atmosphere of a real mountain hotel

Cons:

1. There was no airconditiom in the room. It was really needed in the hot summer of this year 2. Inconsistent quality of food in the hotel restaurant - some absolutely great and some really bad 3. whem you want to eat outside on the terrace, smokers "improve" air and the taste of tour food. Nowadays, in hotels of this level, a separate smoking area is something I would expect

Výnimočná lokalita, krásna príroda, hotel čistý a útulný, personál ústretový, super animátorky ktoré deti zabávali

Cons:

Dalo by sa zlepšiť stravovanie, raňajky boli v pohode ale ostatné jedlo veľmi malé porcie za tú cenu a nie vždy v dobrej kvalite

Pros:

Srdiečko nás chytilo za ❤️. Krásne a tiché prostredie, rodinná atmosféra, vynikajúce jedlo, čistota, ale hlavne ústretový a usmievavý personál.
Okrem wellness sme vyskúšali aj masáž chrbta, tvárovú masaž a môžeme len odporúčať.
Máme v pláne sa vrátiť. 🙂

Es hat einfach alles gepasst, tolle Gestaltung und Ausstattung des Hotels und Zimmer, das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant und die super Lage am Fuße des Berges.

Rendkívüli lokáció, tiszta szálloda finom reggelivel
Pros:

Nagyon jó volt a reggeli, a matrac megfelelően kemény, ami sok helyen nincs így. Tisztaság volt mindehol, a wellness részleg is kellemes volt és persze a lokáció is.

Cons:

Egy minimálisan lehettek volna tágasabbak a szobák, néha nehéz volt közlekedni az ágyak között.

Vše perfektní. Nádherná lokalita, krásné pokoje, skvělé jídlo. Wellness zóna po horské túře byla taky naprosto skvělá. Personál milý a vždy usměvavý.

Celkov som bol velmi spokojny. Myslim, ze sa o rok znovu vratime.
Pros:

Krásna lokalita Nízkych Tatier, ochotný personál, bonusy lanovka a aquapark v cene ubytovania, výnimočné raňajky.

Cons:

Miesto taburetky by som ocenil pohodlnejšie kreslo. pripadne dve, alebo aspoň stoličky.
