מאכזב
Pros:

הגענו בסביבות השעה 15:00, המלון היה סגור, על הדלת היה פתק: להתקשר לטלפון מקומי במקרה שאין אף אחד.
התקשרנו, נאמר לנו לעלות למסעדה - שם מחכה לנו מפתח. עליתי - נאמר לי לחכות - מסתבר להגברת קיבלה טלפון וירדה למטה לחפש אותנו. בסופו של דבר קבלנו חדר.
פתח מיזוג בחדר (ללא שליטה מהחדר) טרטר כל הזמן - חשבנו שזה בגלל הרכבל ויפסק כאשר הרכבל יפסיק לעבוד (17:00).
אחרי 6 יצאני לטייל (סביבת המלון מאוד מיוחדת ושקיעה אחרי 9) - דלתות יציאה ראשיות לא נפתחו, מצאנו איזו דלת צדדית פתוחה עם גישה החוצה מאוד לא נוחה ויצאנו (לא היה אף אחד לשאול).
ארוחת ערב הייתה טובה, חזרנו לחדר - המזגן עדיין טרטר.
עלינו למסעדה להתלונן - נאמר לנו שיפסק אחרי שיסגרו את המסעדה.
לא נפסק. התקשרנו שוב (לא היה עם מי לדבר) - הבחורה מהמסעדה הופיעה, ניסתה להציע לנו חדר אחר עם אותה הבעיה. לא הצלחנו לישון בלילה.
הגענו לארוחת בוקר (מתכונת הגשה). על השולחן כמה לחמניות לבנות, קערית קטנה של יוגורת ופתיתים + קפה/תה לפי הזמנה. הזמנו אומלט. אחרי יותר מרבע שעה הגיעה - מלוח מדי. התלוננו, לקחו לנו צלחות ויותר לא ראינו את המלצרית.
אחרי עוד כ 10 דקות קמנו והלכנו (רעבים).
עזבנו את המלון אחרי לילה אחד (למרות שהזמנו 2 לילות חצי פנסיון). הכסף לא הוחזר, הפיצוי היחידי שקבלנו - לא חוייבנו בשתייה שהזמנו במסעדה.

unique hotel on top of Chopok
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our time on Chopok. The hotel is new and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the restaurant in the evening - the food was delicious, especially after a long day hiking in the area. The hotel is a great starting point for hikes and walks. With some nice weather, the views are spectacular. The weather is not always very predictable and one may get mist and rain.
