No llegamos ni a quedarnos. Hicimos el check in y la habitación estaba helada
La entrada a las habitaciones y la recepción olía a pis de gato, todo muy oscuro.
Las cortinas no estaban limpias .
Nos dimos una vuelta por el crenteo y cuando regresamos saltaba la luz y dejaba de funcionar la bomba de calor del split.
En el baño el grifo del lavabo es de fregadero y se caía.

酒店服务人员很友好，应该是家庭酒店，老爷爷很慈祥。
离布尔萨大清真寺很近，但从那里出发需要钻小路找一会儿才能到旅店，而门牌没有那么显眼，这个稍微有些麻烦。
Otelin sahipleri çok yardimsever ve iyi ve güvenilir insanlar. Otelin yeri çok merkezi, tarihi yerlere çok yakın. Odalar gayet temiz, ihtiyacim olan her şey vardı. Ben çok memnun kaldım.

Very friendly host. The room was large and clean. Location in the middle of the city. Price-quality ratio is really good. I often come to Bursa one of the best places so far. Definitely recommended!!!

숙소가 조금 춥고 수건과 이불이 축축했습니다. 따뜻한 물이 나오다가 나오지 않아 찬물로 샤워했습니다.
Extremely nice place to stay. Very nearby to everything and when you walk around, you can truly experience the true local Bursa culture.
Should have stayed here longer! Will surely stay here again next time we are in Bursa. Thank you amazing and very kind hosts with very good room and facilities.

L’homme à l’accueil était très chaleureux.
L’accueil a un drôle de décor, un peu éclectique, mais l’appartement était sobre et très bien.
Il n’y avait pas de prise électrique près du 2e lit.
Location is walking distance to the place of attraction, the staff is very polite, helpful and welcoming, the room is spacious for us.
There’s no proper heater. We were so cold during the stay, and cannot take shower because the water also very cold.
Hotel was in a great location, had free parking and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
We were in a family room, worked great, 5 can sleep, but preferable for just 4, cause my sister had to sleep on the couch and it was super hard, so she didn't sleep well, but the rest of us sleeping in beds had a great sleep!
Furthermore, there's no kitchen, just a mini fridge and kettle, but they didn't give any drink water, or more than 2 cups, or spoons or bowls. Though maybe we could have asked for it, but we were only there one night, so didn't bother. The shower wall mount was a little loose, so we made a mess in the bathroom while showering, but the water pressure was fantastic!!

Два пъти посетих това място.
Първия път всичко беше чудесно.
Но втория път беше в началото на януари. Хотелът не се отопляваше, апартаментът ни не беше загрят предварително. Пуснахме климатиците, но не успяха да затопят достатъчно.
Съкратихме престоя си, но домакините бяха коректни и ни върнаха цялата стойност на неизползваните нощувки, въпреки че резервацията беше с невъзвръщаема стойност.
It was in a great location… Buses were nearby, the main food market, and silk market were just a little bit up the hill behind it, and there was an amazing Arabic restaurant just across the highway from it. The central location made it easy to get everywhere. The room was spacious, but the best thing about it was that everyone there was so welcoming. I left something on the bus when I was arriving there, and the owner called around and figured out where the bus was and even drove me to the foot of the Chairlift where the bus was sitting there waiting for us to hand me back my bag! I thought I was going to have to wait until the next day and then chase it down to some office. I was amazed at his courtesy and kindness… He wouldn't even accept any money for gas or anything.
That was really only one outlet that I could use, and I even had to unplug something to use that. Actually, there was one behind the bed for the bed lamps, so I pulled the bed out and plugged in an extension cord that I always have with me so that I could charge my electronic devices. The other outlet had the refrigerator, the TV, And the electric kettle, so I would have to unplug one device as I could only use two at one time. That could easily be solved by plugging in one multiple used plug there, but I don't carry those with me.
