Amaziing....Ha ha
Pros:

This hotel is part of bigger national brand that has many fine hotels. This is not one of them and the company should be careful to not sully its reputation with this bad hotel. To be fair, Keng Tung is not much of a tourist place and none of the hotels are good. At least its location in town was good and the food was not horrible.

Pros:

The hotel I slept probably one of the better ones in the area, but it has now big problem. They often shut the power off in the hotel during the day and sometimes overnight. I had to ask several times for the power to be turned on.

Pros:

Very nice stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was fine, though a little worn. Location is great. A bit of a splurge for me, but options are limited and similarly priced.

Good Hotel but expencive
Pros:

I stayed the Hotel several times in last 15-years, recentry they changed its name (management changed?) and increased its rate (published rate US$59). Facility itself is not much changed. I agree with the Hotel is still the best in Kengtung town, but if you concider the area's local atractions and facilities, and comparing with Thailand and China, current rating should be over rated, I think.
