This Hotel is not fit for Purpose
Pros:

We had a fantastic view of the sea but that’s where it ended. First morning we awakened to no electric except for lights they sent the cleaners to sort it who had no idea what the issue was. We had to stay out of the room most of the day as aircon didn’t work. We asked to be moved & were told hotel full. The desk staff were not very pleasant & not helpful at all & never acknowledged us going past them unless we spoke first. The bath was so full of rust absolutely awful & the plastic curtain round it was rank the steel windows barely closed & the rust falling off them. The walls were cracked & patched with lumps of plaster. The tv never worked. This hotel is not fit for purpose & should not be on your books & when we contacted hotels.com we were asked if we wanted to check out early where were we supposed to go for the next 2nts. They then offered us £25 into our a/c so we would have to book through them again. Absolute rubbish customer service considering we were left with no aircon all night & again the next day of our 3nt stay & it was in the 30’s. The worst hotel experience ever & the worst customer service from a hotel website

Una y no más Santo Tomás

La situación.

Cons:

El primer día estaban las sábanas super arrugadas como si no las hubieran cambiado, lo dijimos en recepción pero hasta el día siguiente nada.
El día siguiente nos dejamos sin querer el cargador encima de la mesilla y cuando llegamos de la playa al mediodía me lo habían cambiado por uno viejo.
Igualmente se lo dijimos a los recepcionistas y dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada...
Total que encima les tendré que dar las gracias por haberme dejado otro..

Genial por el precio económico, pero muy antiguo.
Pros:

-La ubicación en primera línea de playa es perfecto y el apartamento es comodo en general.

Cons:

El apartamiento está genial por el precio, pero es muy antinguo. El desayuno muy sin más pero barato(tostaditas con aceite, sal, mantequilla y mermelada).

We say it is the best worst hotel we have stayed at! The room was clean but very antiquated... really could do with modernisation. Matress protector had stains..the sink in the bathroom was held together by cement, the shower curtain was brown on the bottom. Plus side the staff were lovely. The balcony views were spectacular. The breakfast was amazing value, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and toast and jam for €3.50 amazing. We will definitely go back..for all it's faults we had a great night!

Hotel cayéndose a cachos.

Creo que lo único bueno fue la ubicación, el resto deja mucho que desear.

Tiene tantas cosas malas, ser antiguo no quita que esté cuidado, enchufes que no cargan, pintura descorchada, óxido en las barandillas, ruido en el aire acondicionado que parece un avión de la patrulla águila aparcando, television que vio años mejores, almohadas que la pluma interior quizás terminaron ya contrato y se fueron, el ruido de las habitaciones es asombroso escuchas las conversaciones de las habitaciones superiores por una trampilla del baño fascinante, el wifi del hotel, ubicado sin protección, un nivel de seguridad de usuarios digno de un hotel antiguo, tus datos y cuentas bancarias corren Mucho PELIGRO en ese wifi.
La recepción creo que les falta una bitácora para pasarse los mensajes de un turno a otro, porque es el teléfono escacharrado, dos días para cambiar la luz del foco principal de la habitación, les dijimos que necesitábamos más gel(siendo 4 nos pones 4) y dice que solo ponen esos de cortesía para una estancia de 7 días...
La limpieza aunque correcta, le falta cambiar sábanas al menos cada dos días, la del bebe tuvieron que cambiarlo más porque tuvo un pequeño incidente el niño por la noche, y en vez de cambiar el colchón a lavarlo le dieron la vuelta. Las toallas se cambiaban o eso creemos por que las manchas de las toallas están diferentes y al menos olía neutro. Tirar las bolsas de basura es un esfuerzo titanico que tiene que ser sugerido.

Conclusion es un hotel que no gasta ni un céntimo en modernizarse, muy seguramente l gran mayoría de los problemas se solucionaría invirtiendo en el, tiene una situación privilegiada y nada más el resto deja mucho que desear.
