La ubicacion es muy buena xq se encuentra de todo, plaza, farmacia, transporte

Que el desayuno fue muy limitado, baje a desayunar antes d las 9 d la mañana y no habia casi nada, apenas nos sirvieron un poco de huevos con salchicha y frijoles. En otras ocasiones que he llegado, nos sirven fruta, pan, tortillas, hot kaques y esta vez la verdad estuvo muy mal, si ya se habia acabado deben d preparar mas para los huespedes que faltan, eso no me gusto. Y la cafetera que habia en la habitacion no servia, deberian d revisar en que condiciones estan las cafeteras.

Un hotel con muchas áreas por mejorar.
Pros:

Me gusto que estuviera dentro de un centro comercial y la central de autobuses, esto último es muy útil si quieres hacer un recorrido a una zona cercana.
La ubicación del hotel, me resulto fácil llegar.

Cons:

El desayuno fue decepcionante, me sirvieron chilaquiles y la salsa era de tetrapack, esperaría que fuera preparada por un cociner@; me sirvieron 3 rodajas de plátano frito (hubo un detalle incomodo, la persona que servía puso 3 rodajas de plátano grandes, pero de un momento cambio una rodaja por una de menor tamaño), los hot cakes que había no estaban bien cocidos (uno incluso tenía harina cruda al centro), no volví a desayuna ahí.
Los colores al interior del edificio (pasillos, gimnasio y alberca) son atrapan la luz dando una sensación lúgubre, creo que debería usar colores reflejantes para sensación de calidez y confort.

Tiene desayuno incluido. Esta cerca de la central de autobuses ADO y se encuentra dentro de la plaza las américas, ya que se tiene todo cerca, restaurante, tienda de autoservicio, etc.

Cons:

Desafortunamente me encontré un insecto por falta de desinfección en la habitacion.

se nota deficit de mantenimiento a las instalaciones, los cuartos no tienen buen aspecto y en mi caso habia fuga de agua en el lavabo del baño, focos fundidos en la habitacion
