View was beautiful but hotel lacked in other areas that didn’t compensate view or make it worth while.
Pros:

The view and pool and garden area.

Cons:

The room had a musky smell. No AC. Has carpet so that’s probably where the smell is coming from. Amenities outdated. WiFi was very bad. Safe was broken. Staff was not very helpful and couldn’t even give us extra towels without questioning how many people in room and asking for old towels in exchange for new ones. Stated they had no more clean ones and had to wait to wash more. Beds were stiff and carpet looked dirty.

A magical spot surrounding very paceful .

Beautiful is an old hacienda the común arenas are amazing, beauties gardens trees,plants all is amazing .
Very close to the downtown

las camas estan pésimas muy viejas en la habitación que me dieron, se caía de un lado
hacia muchísimo calor y no tiene ni ventilador, no hay servicio en la alberca, nadie se acerca a ofrecer algún servicio de bebidas o comida.
esta muy desgastada la alberca también y con hongos en el piso y paredes.
