Desde hace tiempo nos hemos hospedado ahi y siempre son muy amables, los cuartos son cómodos y muy limpios los jardines estan hermosos y lo mas rico son los desayunos.

Cons:

Lo unico no malo pero si los baños ya se ven viejitos les hace falta una remodelacion.

Experiencia absolutamente negativa porque el personal del hotel permitió que huéspedes ajenos ingresaran a nuestra habitación, haciendo uso de la llave maestra del ama de llaves. Levantamos queja en recepción y nos respondieron que no volvería a suceder. ¿Qué garantía se puede tener de nuestra seguridad o de la seguridad de nuestras pertenencias, o peor aun, de nuestra propia seguridad? Carencia total de protocolos y/o de sentido común.

Respecto a instalaciones, la cama es completamente incomoda, colchón duro, no firme aclaro, duro.
