An outrageous experience (especially for Indians)
Pros:

We had read the entire Thailand speaks our language. Not a single person in Pattaya and Bangkok understands or speaks English. Not a pleasant experience in this country even after spending a lot of money.
About 189 resort:
The place is far from all connectivity.
The closest BTS station is Bearing which is over 2 kms away from the place.
The rooms are good and comfortable bed.
Staff was good and willing to help 24hrs though they don’t understand or speak English. We used google translator in our smartphones to converse with them & had to show them pictures (knife, plate, etc) to make them understand what we want.
There is absolutely nothing to see or spend time around the apartments.

Bangkok city is over hyped. There is nothing much to do there. People are short tempered and don’t treat tourists right. One shopkeeper even raised hands on us when we asked for a cash back for providing us a defective shoe. Indians / Asians may not feel welcoming throughout Thailand. A handful of people have a smile on their face and would treat you well (if you are lucky).

Pros:

Room smelled badly upon arrival,500 baht deposit required.Blankets were not available in room and need to request for it.The only thing which is good is the air-con which is effective!
