Pros:

Not so good. The air-con was not cold from 1st day. Wardrobe sliding door difficult to open. Soap dispenser faulty. However, the staff were excellent especially during breakfast.

Pros:

Only positive thing I can thinking is the friendly staff.
The rest is all negative, from the room condition to the Internet not working properly to lipstick and coffee stains on the mugs etc

Value for money. Good, very friendly service. Good breakfast spread. Now booking Peninsula again for September trip.

kamar cukup bersih, utk breakfast kurang variatif, petugas cukup akomodatif atas keluhan tamu.
