Davante has a great spirit! He works so well under pressure and remains professional. He has the greatest sense of humor and so funny! He really makes you feel right at home!

It was amazing for both trips. The front desk helped us change our room to a better suitable room for the night. We stopped at this hotel 2 times. Once going to Florida and then on our way back home to Kentucky.

No pull out sofa bed was available even though the reservation was for one. Pool was unsafe due to broken light in pool. Overall cleanliness of the property was unsatisfactory
We stayed here one night and did not enjoy it. The coffee was out during breakfast and did not get refilled before I had to leave. The public bathroom on the first floor was out of order. There was no mirror in the room, and I usually rely on that to get ready in the morning with multiple family members needing the bathroom. They also charged me more than what I was quoted when I booked the room. They said it was because of the motel fee, but the bill was still a couple dollars over. I decided not to fuss over a couple dollars because I needed to check out to make it to an event on time. However, the whole experience was disappointing and I will definitely not stay here again.

The swimming pool was not the expected cleanliness. To my understanding, the pool was cleaned with saline versus chlorine. Therefore the color appeared as a cloudy dark green
