More of a restaurant, less of a hotel!
Pros:

OYO cancelled my reservation in spite of Expedia taking my Credit card details with the condition that if I cancel hotel reservation after a certain date and time, one day room rent will be deducted from my Credit card. On reaching Hotel, I was told by hotel front manager that I do not have any reservation. I have to call OYO who said that because I did not talk to them that is why reservation was cancelled, although I have talked with a customer care executive at 1500 HRS that day that I will be checking in between 1800 to 2000 HRS as and when my flight reaches destination.
The cost of room was comparatively high for the facilities! There is no Gymnasium, newspaper was not given, entry to Lobby of Hotel is through Kitchen, Cleanliness is good!
It was OK to me because it was near to NCL where I was visiting, a great escape!

A total scam and a dirty old place
Pros:

The hotel was old and far from the promised 3stars. The kitchen gave atraight to the staircase where employees were washing nad dropping cutlery directly in the floor. A nightmare for hygiene. The employees were not polite and some bed sheeta were hanging in the stair case. I happened to do a stain on a bed sheet and was almost charged the bed sheet price until I showed the manager all the holes that were already present on the said bedsheets from overuse through the years. The bathroom shower had no doors and the window handle was broken leaving it open all the time. To finish it all up,there was an order of aloo paratha on my bill which I never had, how could I e eaten there after witnessing and pointing at the manager that the spoons were dropped one by one on the floor after being dried while I checked in (the manager at that stage said nothing to the faulty staff despite my remarks).

I also need to add that the 60% discount on a 6000inr price is just a scam and that the room isn't worth this at all. It is fake advertising.
