Staff - Noticed that I limped away from the desk at check in and she ran after me to offer a room closer to the elevator.
We were looking for a wheel chair rental. Front Desk staff was helpful. We ordered one on Amazon instead and they helped us unbox it.
The Onsen was amazing.
Bed and pillow were super comfortable.
Free drinks and snacks in the evening.

Great location for cafes , restaurants and joined to a 7/11.

It is near two train stations, a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is very friendly.
The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities, including laundry services. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was excellent. We really liked the neighbourhood and it was well connected with other neighbourhoods by metro.

this place was great!! really good value for the money, great onsen!!! and very friendly staff. location was amazing too, very well connected and easy to get around, and lively both during the day and at night! the bed was comfortable, the room is small but was good enough for two people!
