The location was superb and convenient. The minute I arrived, the staff greeted me with a big smile. The room was comfy, clean and had everything you needed. I wanted more pillows and the staff member took me to the wall of pillows available which was so handy.
I dont have anything negative to say about the hotel.
Great location, close to trains/central, clean and quiet onsen, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, pillow selection, free coffee - all around amazing stay. Highly recommend.
The staff was lovely, the hotel was clean, and the onsen was amazing and so relaxing. The room was definitely small, but it was laid out so that it was still functional.
The elevators spritzed too much scent every time we got in. It was a bit overwhelming. But that is literally the only part we didn’t like.

身体を休ませるための細かな心遣いが随所にあり、心身ともに疲労回復できました。朝食も体が喜ぶメニューでした。お風呂もとても気持ちが良く、檜のマッサージも最高でした。色々な手違いがありましたが、スタッフ皆様が優しく対応してくださいました。パジャマが着やすく、眠りのサプリも良かったです。
お風呂の時間が男女入れ替えなので、要注意です。
