Razoável. Para poucos dias é uma boa opção.
Pros:

A localização é perfeita, bem no centro, perto de tudo.
Café da manhã é almoço, bem serviços e com boa diversidade de cardápio.

Cons:

A cama do hotel tirou a boa nota que poderia conseguir. A Cama de casal era muito barulhenta, que rangia a cada movimento e acordava a todos no quarto. Cama péssima, não gostei.

Estávamos com criança e as músicas da área de lazer muitas vezes tinham cunho sexual ou letras desapropriadas, ponto negativo também.

Parque aquático infantil poderia ser melhor, os vídeos das redes sociais, realmente enganam.

No hotel o que deixa a desejar são as acomodações. Colchão é duro, travesseiro velho com cheiro ruim e chuveiro básico que sai pouca água

Nunca tinha me hospedado no CTC, fiz um teste, e foi tudo ótimo. Com certeza foi uma excelente opção. Vou voltar outras vezes.

Cons:

A música do bar onde tem um palco. Ficamos a tarde toda ouvindo Zezé de Camargo e Luciano. Adoro eles, mas ouvir todas as músicas de uma vez só, sem nenhuma variação foi torturante. Minha sugestão é claro, variar um pouco. O perfil dos frequentadores com certeza é acima de 50 talvez 60 anos, porque não fazer uma playlist de músicas antigas ?

This is always our choice in Caldas
Pros:

We love staying at CTC Hotel. It has an excellent location, and the swipe card system for making purchases within the premises is a real highlight for us. We also really appreciate how close the pools are to the hotel rooms, as well as the easy access to coconut water and açaí.

A special mention goes to the massage therapist, Eliabe—she is fantastic. We always book at least two sessions during our stay because she is just that good.


Overall, we really enjoy our stays and would happily return.

Cons:

If we were to point out an area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. The variety is somewhat limited, particularly when it comes to fruit, and it is not always properly prepared—we’ve had to remove seeds and rinds from papaya and watermelon ourselves. Additionally, we noticed some guests smoking near the pool, which was not ideal, especially as the lifeguard was distracted on his phone at the time.
