This is always our choice in Caldas
Pros:

We love staying at CTC Hotel. It has an excellent location, and the swipe card system for making purchases within the premises is a real highlight for us. We also really appreciate how close the pools are to the hotel rooms, as well as the easy access to coconut water and açaí.

A special mention goes to the massage therapist, Eliabe—she is fantastic. We always book at least two sessions during our stay because she is just that good.


Overall, we really enjoy our stays and would happily return.

Cons:

If we were to point out an area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. The variety is somewhat limited, particularly when it comes to fruit, and it is not always properly prepared—we’ve had to remove seeds and rinds from papaya and watermelon ourselves. Additionally, we noticed some guests smoking near the pool, which was not ideal, especially as the lifeguard was distracted on his phone at the time.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, fomos muito bem recebidos pelos recepcionistas. Café da manhã muito bem servido e almoço maravilhoso, quartos bem limpos e aconchegante. As piscinas são ótimas e em especial a piscina de pedras.

Educação dos funcionários e limpeza do hotel

Cons:

As piscinas quentes necessitam de uma manuteção, principalmente no piso. Não tem garçom no bar da piscina, o atendimento é bem razoavel.

Limpeza muito ruim. Um.cheiro de fezes no quarto q nao acabava nunca. Desde q chegamos restaurante ruim; café da manhã ruim; quarto e banheiro do apartamento mal limpos. Lanchonete com atendimento ruim.
