Cleaning was not great. Dusty tables. Kitchenette area has smutz from the previous guests. Bathroom mirror was filthy. No top sheet on bed but fixed that with a phone call and my being able to get a sheet from storage and put it on the bed myself
Still okay for the price. And the fact that there is no front desk on premises worked out fine

My husband and I will definitely stay at the Briton Hotel again when we come visit his mother.
Pros:

I like that the management team was very communicative when I called to ask questions that I had.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like was that we couldn't open our curtains to allow sunlight into our room during the day because anyone walking by could look into our room window which was facing the parking lot. Blinds and or some type of sheer curtain in back of the heavy curtain would have allowed us to be able to have some sunlight in our room

Don’t recommend as no one is on-site for help in evening
Pros:

Nothing exceptional.

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work and no employees on site to get fixed or another room. Also, took us 10 minutes walking around to find out the password for internet. It was discovered by mainframe computer in breakfast area. Why can’t it be made available with a big sign in each room?

My stay was disappointing, uncomfortable, and not worth the cost of the room.
Pros:

I did not eat the breakfast. When I used the code sent me by email, I was able to enter the hotel. Since there was no elevator, I had to wrangle my. luggage to the second floor unassisted . I was unable enter my room using the code because your email message did nor explain that the 4 digits must be preceded by the asterisk. I only learned this after phoning for help. The technician took 30 minutes to respond. There was no remote for the TV.

Cons:

There should have been a staff member on site to help any guest who needed it. You should have explained that the asterisk must precede the 4 digits of the code. You should have made sure thet there was a remote for the TV.
