Oui avons été très bien accueilli
La chambre est propre avec des équipements de qualités
Machine à café Nespresso, lave vaisselle, plaques et micro onde
Le ménage passe tous les jours, un kit d’entretien est fourni.
L’accès aux pistes est vraiment le plus de l’hôtel.

I liked the ski in/ski out

Overall very good.
1) ski in ski out.
2) very close to the dahu pedestrian lift.
3) bar/restaurant downstairs
4) ski rental and a small shop opposite

Résidence ski aux pieds. Appartement spacieux et agréable. Piscine, jacuzzi, sauna et hammam à disposition. Parking en sous sol en supplément.

The property was clean and the ski-in and ski-out options were good. There were not many areas to eat apart from the hotel. French Covid legislation means I would book 'anywhere but France' in the future.
The hotel bans children under 16 from using the Jacuzzi... ridiculous, another reason I wouldn't return there.

Ski holiday . Great hotel and spot on the slope. It’s ski in/out no messing, good hotel amazing staff no problems, room had a slope view and the rooms are large and spacious, can’t fault the place best place in Arc 1800

Fab location for ski in / ski out in 1800. You do need to take the pedestrian gondola to get down for the full sized supermarket and a range of bars and restaurants.

My room was a good size (junior suite) and very comfortable.

The check in process is a chore. You're asked to inspect about 7 items e.g. vacuum cleaner, coffee machine etc and then email a report of any damage or faults. Frankly, on arriving on holiday, paying well over £100/night, I think it's not a reasonable expectation that you spend upward of 30 minutes inspecting your room's amenities. Also it wasn't clear to me at all if I was expected to take out my own rubbish. There is a difference if you're staying in the apartments Vs the hotel - and when I asked about this specifically, it wasn't clear at all. A lot of staff there had only started during the week of my stay and didn't seem very well informed.

Having said that it was a comfortable stay and staff were friendly. As I paid my deposit by card, it'll be a few days until I see how much of it I get back. So I can't comment towards whether this can be relied on at this stage.

Really lovely hotel. Clean and well kept public areas and spotless room. Beautiful balcony view of the mountains. Great location in summer or winter. Nice stroll down into the village. Free gondola returns you almost to the front door if you don’t wan to walk back. Available till early evening. Highly recommended.

Après une semaine super dans les appartements de la résidence, avis plus mitigé sur l’hotel.
Problème d’évier bouché et plafonnier sans lumière dans la salle de bain signalé dès le premier jour, personne n’est intervenu. Deuxième soir beaucoup de bruit au dessus de notre chambre, la fille de la réception n’en avait pas grand chose à faire, heureusement un autre homme de l’hotel a pris en charge ma demande. La veille de partir on demande si il faut faire le ménage là encore , aucune réponse la personne de la réception ne sait pas. Peut être un manque de formation.
Sinon club enfant parfait, vue au top, appartements et suites luxueuses grandes et très bien équipées.
Nous resejournerons avec plaisir dans l’hotel.

Wir wurden überrascht, als man eine Kaution von 500.- € verlangte.....
Am Morgen darauf suchte man die Person mit dem Hotelsafeschlüssel, um uns die Kaution im Briefumschlag aushändigen zu können😅

Superbe et très classe. Appartement hôtel de 50m2 avec 2 salles de bain et une terrasse immense avec une vue époustouflante. Très grand confort. Cadre de rêve.

idéal pour les amoureux de montagne, le point de vue était magnifique et l'hôtel avait l'air récent et bien agencé, la chambre spacieuse et assez bien insonorisé, au calme seulement l'attente pour le ceck in était très longue

Appartement pour 6 spacieux, bien meublé et confortable. Terrasse immense. Seul bémol : niveau cuisine rien n'est fourni (sel, poivre, huile, liquide vaisselle, torchon, etc.)
Départ ski aux pieds très appréciable.

Appartement très spacieux et très agréable.
La situation est parfaite - aux pieds des pistes- avec un beau panorama.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et très agréable .
Le séjour était excellent.

Our 2 bedroom apartment in the hotel was beautifully furnished and a great size for 4 of us. Last year we stayed in an apartment in the residence rather than the hotel - also excellent). Only complaints are a lack of hooks for jackets, no cleaning kit to keep the kitchen clean (it’s not part of the daily clean) and a cold walk through the underground car park to get to the pool (take flip flops and towels or hire them). Parking, ski hire, small shop, swimming pool, spa, ski lockers and ski lift are all so convenient - it makes skiing a pleasure with 2 young kids. On site restaurant is excellent but also enjoyed Le chalet Candice just opposite the hotel’s ski lockers - and it was also excellent.
