Fantastic location, great staff, lounge is a hit! Laundry near by, Great shopping just a block away, so convenient!! I changed my reservation twice to end up at this location and I am very glad I did. Walkable to so many great tourist spots as well as to Metro and Sapporo Station. Highly recommend!

친절과 도움에 진심으로 감사드립니다.

여행 중 아버지의 급환으로 인해 치료가 필요한 상황이었습니다.

일본의 공휴일인 경로의날이라 대다수 병원이 휴진이어 매우 곤란한 상황이었으나 호텔 직원께서 의료지원센터를 찾아 한국어 상담을 할 수 있도록 도와주셨고, 구급차를 수배해주셨습니다.

호텔 직원여러분께서 도와주신 덕분에 아버지의 응급진료를 무사히 마무리할 수 있었으며, 현재 귀국하여 회복 중에 있습니다.

다시 한 번 직원여러분의 친절과 도움에 깊이 감사드립니다.

삿포로에 또다시 방문하였을 때, 다시 뵙겠습니다.

旅行中、父の急患により治療が必要な状況でした。

日本の祝日である敬老の日なので、大多数の病院が休診で非常に困難な状況でしたが、ホテルのスタッフが医療支援センターを訪れて韓国語の相談ができるように手伝ってくれて、救急車を手配してくれました。

ホテルのスタッフの皆様のおかげで父の応急診療を無事終えることができ、現在帰国して回復中です。

改めて、スタッフの皆様のご親切とご協力に深く感謝申し上げます。

札幌にまた訪問したとき、またお目にかかります。

サービス等概ね良かったが、風呂のシャワーカーテンがとても雑巾臭く、備え付けの消臭剤をかけたが効かず、ユニットバスを開けるたびに雑巾臭く不快だった。
それ以外は良かった。

地下鉄の近くで買い物や食事などに行きやすい立地。フロントの対応も親切で、チェックイン前に荷物を預かって貰えるのも良かった。アメニティーもシンプルでわかりやすい。ストレートアイロンや充電器なども気軽にフロントから借りられるも良かった。
大浴場みたいな大きなお風呂があれば、最高！

Location was perfect! Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Did not like that there was no aircon in the room, only fan controls that didn't seem to do much, it was very warm and the room temperature was uncomfortable sometimes.
