Budget friendly, safe and clean.
Pros:

Not just the room, the front desk, elevator and even parking garage was very clean. There also is 2 EV parking spots so you can plug in your own chargers to charge your vehicle. (they don’t provide the chargers) And the location was perfect for us, we had reservations in downtown LA so it was perfect.

Cons:

No complaints here.

Well it’s false advertising you want get the room you think you’re getting they don’t have microwaves in the room .. and the rooms look nothing like the pictures.. this hotel is located in Korea town ..make sure u rent a car if you stay here because it’s far away from everything

The staff we interacted with were nice, and the room appeared clean overall. The parking garage, fitness center, and lobby were the nicest parts of the hotel.

Cons:

At check-in, the desk clerk said our names, phone numbers, and room number out loud in a full lobby, which felt like a privacy concern. The room also didn’t match expectations. The bed was a full instead of a queen, there weren’t enough pillows or towels for two people, and the pillows that were provided were very small and flat. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the room door was difficult to lock, which raised security concerns. There were several maintenance issues as well, including damaged curtains with visible stitching, spots on the ceiling that looked like possible water damage or mold, and graffiti on the furniture. The view from the room looked directly down into someone’s backyard that appeared very unsightly and cluttered.

Good location Big Clean Rooms in a Very new hotel!
Pros:

The location was good and the hotel was very new and clean. It is in an area of town that isn't upscale so we knew what to expect. But the room was big and the bed was comfortable.

Pros:

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. When I first went in I found that the window had been left open, bringing delightful FRESH AIR into the room. I really liked that. Oh, I also liked the free parking.

Cons:

In contrast to the fresh air in my room, the lobby was very warm and stuffy, and reeked of perfume -- probably those air fresheners you plug into the wall. Like eight or ten of them. It was attractively furnished, but I could hardly breathe in there.
