Great value, well-kept facility, friendly staff.
Pros:

Parking was easy, check in was fast. Great customer service, and had a gym which was nice. Clean, well-maintained facility.

Cons:

Location wise there was a bit of a lack of accessiblity to the heart of downtown LA but not bad. Room was a bit small but not unexpected.

Pros:

Staff members were very nice. Clean room and well organized room setting, parking convenience, and good location. Easy to reached shop and restaurants that literally walked and eat. Recommended this place.

Cons:

The wall of room was so thin I could hear almost every conversation from next room. the next door guest from oversea still struggled jet lag… 3:30 AM till sun rise time , so I couldn’t sleep that day

Posizione relativamente comoda, da cui si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti fermate autobus e metro. La zona è molto tranquilla, nel bel mezzo di K Town, sicura e pieni di buoni ristoranti coreani.

Cons:

Scarsa insonorizzazione della mia camera. La zona è tranquilla, ma nei giorni di pioggia si sente l'acqua gocciolare dalle grondaie. Qualche giorno prima mi avevano mandato una mail per sapere se avevo particolari necessità, e fra le altre cose se desiderassi una camera silenziosa. Ma non capisco perché debba essere una richiesta speciale e non uno standard.

Probably one of the best options in LA
Pros:

Nice room, great shower, the front desk is really adorable, free parking, easy location at LA

Cons:

Well its LA, after sunset i dont feel safe to walk around the hotel but, any problems at all, wifi is stable but super slow, the gym is complete but nothing special.

Pros:

Very clean and good service. Complimentary nespresso was also good. Indoor free parking was also very convenient.

Cons:

Someone (maybe the guard?) was talking loud outside and our room was right in front of the entrance so we could hear it.
