Pros:

L’hôtel est joli et bien aménagé. Nous avions un chambre donnant sur le jardin ce qui était calme pour nous reposer. Personnel très à l’écoute et qui a du nous donner de bon conseils sur les bonnes adresses dans les parages. La literie est confortable, nous avons bien dormi. Je recommande aussi pour la proximité avec la plage de Saint-Gille
Si vous chercher une escale après une bonne randonnée, cette hôtel fait l’affaire.

Cons:

La salle de bain manque d’aération, ce qui la rend humide ainsi les services de nettoyage doit laisser la fenêtre ouverte, ce qui fait entrer les moustiques…

Chambre sans climatisation ni brasseur d’air, aucune mesure n’a été prise malgré la chaleur du mois de mars. À 23h, j’ai été obligée de me rendre moi-même à l’accueil pour demander un ventilateur, car dormir avec un enfant de 3 ans était impossible dans ces conditions.
De plus, il était impossible d’obtenir une place au restaurant, quelle que soit l’heure demandée. J’avais vraiment l’impression que les clients étaient sélectionnés selon des critères arbitraires.
Enfin, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé face à ces désagréments.
Très déçue de cette expérience, je ne reviendrai pas.
